It started out great….
It started out great, then it became a high pressure sales tactic! Very uncomfortable! I’m not even sure I will receive what I purchased, plus, I know there was a sale of 20% off, which I didn’t receive. The salesman was pissed when I declined the flimsy mattress pad and said “you better like the mattress, because you can’t return it if you aren’t buying OUR mattress cover”. Seriously? $399 for a mattress cover? It was not good! I needed a good mattress and am now regretting my purchase! I hope I receive what I purchased!

My husband and I were shopping
My husband and I had been to three other furniture stores prior to visiting R&F. We were deciding between 2 options for our new couch. However, when we went to R&F we found exactly what we were looking for and our other options immediately became null and void!
Melissa was our salesperson she informed us it was her first day on the floor. She was a pleasure to work with and will be an asset to the sales team.

Two purchases at once.
My husband and I were purchasing both a couch and a bed. We were helped right away, initially with two different salesmen, which saved a lot of time. We were very satisfied with our selections. After arranging both removal of the old and delivery of the new, we realized that the predicted weather would result in ice in our driveway that would be prohibitive. We were able to change the dates with no problem.
