Patience, what patience?
One of the sale reps was impatient and used a bit of a tone when the signature page would not come up on my mobile phone. I almost lost my cool but could not for the reason that I was at work. Instead of making an order over the phone I think it would be best to actually visit the store for a more friendlier experience. If my mother didn’t want that particular piece of furniture so badly, I would have canceled and went else where.

Good Experience
We've purchased at the outlet on several occasions and always had a great experience. The sales people are kind & courteous. My only issue, is that for an outlet it can still be very pricy.
