My salesperson, Varsha was very kind, understanding, knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy. She helped me find the best lift chair for my handicapped husband’s needs. While viewing various items, on your website, I was given the option to view the items “In The Store”. I made the appointment and when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the items I wanted to see is available “Online Only”. A waste of my time.
