One bad apple can spoil the experience.
My sales person (Mr. Liedner) was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately when we went to the cashier to finish the sale the lady behind the desk was very rude and unpleasant. While Mr Liedner was finishing up the paperwork she said very rudely that he needed to hurry up because she was on a phone call. I told Mr Liedner that I was not going to tolerate that and would be more than happy to take my business elsewhere. He apologized for her behavior and we finished the sale while she gave me a very unpleasant scowl. The gentlemen at the loading dock were also very pleasant and helpful. It’s a shame that one disgruntled person can spoil the experience.

Dear James,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're pleased to hear that Mr. Liedner and the gentlemen at the loading dock provided you with pleasant and helpful service. However, we're truly sorry to learn about the negative interaction you had at the customer care desk. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to offer our customers.
Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address this issue internally to ensure it does not happen again. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
