Raymour & Flanigan - Manchester Arvostelua 

When my sister and I entered, Raymour and Flanigan, we were greeted with a smiling face, and a happy “Good afternoon.” We introduced ourselves to the sales person and told her what we were looking for. She knew exactly where to take us and offered several options. She even was able to offer several suggestions of fabric choices that are more durable and would stand up better against my cats scratching behaviors. When we left, I had purchased a loveseat that was exactly what I wanted at a decent price. I am looking forward to Monday when the loveseat is scheduled to be delivered. I would like to give a shout out to Norjah. She was friendly, professional, and was very knowledgeable about the products she showed us.

Salesperson was very helpful and I believe, honest.

Placed my order online at 8:40 pm and delivered by 7:15 am the next morning! Old box spring/matress removed new adjustable matress set up in about 30 mins! I was back in bed by 8am! Delivery staff were nice, professional and clean...would do it again in a heart beat!

The only reason why i'm putting a one star is because I have to. I am a repeat customer ordered multiple things and ordered one time off the app and went into fraud. It's really funny when your fraud department can't see the history that I have with the same credit card. But I do draw the line when they start asking me for my social security number. I will not provide that to anybody other than my employer. Or my actual credit card. So I cancelled My other purchase that I had. Completely utterly disgusted to the point or that I will never ever buy anything from the This store again..

First thing, we were greeted when we came in the store. A few years ago, we came to buy a leather sectional. No one ever greeted us or came to ask if we needed help. We were there about 20 minutes and no one ever approached us. I vowed not to return but since we were in the area, we decided to try again. So I was glad when we were greeted and he didn't hover but he was close by when we needed help.

We have not even received our desk as of yet. A couple days prior to the delivery date we were told we were not going to get it due to the product being damaged. Of course I do not want a damaged desk, especially for the price we are paying for it. However, we waited months for the delivery only to find out we will have to wait months more to finally get one that is not damaged. Frustrating to say the least. You took all of the money for the payment of the desk months ago but yet we have to wait even longer now to receive what we’ve paid for. I am not impressed.

Voula Gregorakos was absolutely great! From the moment I walked into the store, I felt welcome. I had no time to waste, a budget and I knew what I wanted - adjustable bed and queen mattress delivered in time for Mother's Day. No hard-core sales; direct and to the point. It happened! Delivery was on time and very professional. Great value and great service!

Chris was amazing and so knowledgeable about mattresses! I would recommend him to everyone! So excited for my new bed.

We took our time picking out a sofa. We finally decided on a sofa with electric power assist recliners. Might of tested their patience, but everyone was helpful, including the manager, who I told I would write a review. A little late, but actually a good time to do so. The couch is holding up good. And we are very glad we got the power recliner. It helps when you get older. We got the extended warranty also, in case I wear out the electric motor. We are glad we did business in the Manchester store.

We had a wonderful experience when we first purchased our bedroom set from Raymour & Flanigan. It was even better when we just purchased our new living room set. I did a lot of research and Raymour had the best price along with the best quality of furniture. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Associate greeted me at the door. Brought me to where I needed to shop. Gave me time to figure it out. Came back and answered all of my questions and helped me check out. It was easy.

Placed this order with next day delivery. After order was completed I was notified that the item was not in stock, strike one. Was called and told that someone would call to arrainge delivery(didn/t happen, strike two. Was checking email, and found notice they were ready to deliver, followed instructions (3 Times) and no one answered, Strike three. Finally had to call showroom to arrainge delivery. Frankly 3 stars is being generous. Now to add insult to injury I have to open a Trustpilot account to send this responce. SAD!

We were looking for a set of living room table lamps. The person who began working with us just let us roam the store and would check-in with us. We did locate a pair of lamps we liked and she completed the sale. The lamps are on backorder so we were not able to take them home with us.
