Raymour & Flanigan - Manchester Arvostelua 

I had a very pleasant experience when purchasing my furniture. Christopher Ritchings is a great salesman, not pushy, very pleasant and patient. I needed in stock furniture and was very happy with the choices I had. The furniture is very well made and well priced. He made me feel very comfortable and offered great suggestions for the limited space I have. It was an enjoyable experience for me. My friend and I spent a good amount of time at the Manchester store and I was very pleased with my experience.

Hats off to Ernesto! He was most helpful and courteous with us. Never felt rushed in the least. A wonderful salesman.

Sales person was very helpful and knew about her inventory' We changed our order very easily.

Our salesman Dwight, I think, was so nice and did not hover over us. When we decided on a dining room table he was very helpful. He made sure when we walked in to tell us that a lot of the furniture was not in stock. We were very pleased to find out our selection was. The two women at the customer service counter were also very friendly and helpful. The store manger was also very nice and helpful.

We haven't received our furniture yet, but shopping at Raymour and Flanigan tends to be a pleasure. Thank you.

I was greeted with courtesy when I entered the store. I was assisted with picking and checking out the product. I checked out with ease. Thanks to all that made my shopping experience worthwhile.

We spent weeks trying to find the perfect couch. Looking for a cream color and comfort over style. Found it! But then we had delayed delivery issues which messed up my husbands work schedule two days in a row- the couch was ripped so they came next day with new one. I sat on the couch and it is definitely NOT how it was in store(hopefully will soften over time). And the color is not the same as it was in store. Its more of a brown not cream at all.

Gaye was incredibly helpful and new exactly what we were looking for. Made the limited time we had a smooth sale.

I was shopping online and encountered a problem when adding the items to my cart so I used the chat feature and was assigned a Sales person for assistance. Juan Perez was very helpful...he walked me thru the Sale and I was able to purchase my items plus a few additional things. I wasn't quite ready to check out so he left his number said give me a call when you're ready. I honestly prefer in person shopping but will definitely consider this option for future purchases.

We like the furniture quality most of the time and it's the best option where we live to be able to actually come in to assess comfort BUT our recent dining room chairs were poor quality and the sales associate experience In-Store is just awful. When you go to other furniture stores in the area they comment that you look like you have just left R&F. . . I hope you can one day realize what an awful experience it is to come in and be chased by hovering sales associates. The modern customer experience is to browse online, come into the showroom to assess quality and comfort, and then go home to check out in the comfort of your home and get shopping rebates/coupon codes/best pricing through an online checkout process.

Chris Paul in N Attleboro, MA is an exceptional employee. He was very knowledgeable about the product and product lines. His recommendation for me to browse the items in the main R & F store could have cost him the sale, but for him, hit wasn't about the $ it was about customer satisfaction. I was impressed, and completed my sale with him!
