Great customer service

Mohamed was very professional

Mohamed was very professional, helpful and friendly. He was not pushy or annoying trying to up sell. he knew his stuff. Got me in exactly the right configuration in 5 minutes or less.

I was at the Lancaster

I was at the Lancaster, PA store this morning. I had the best salesman, Jordan Russell. Jordan was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, funny and he smelled good. If you want good service ask for Jordan Russell. Thank you Jordan. He’s the best

Very nice experience at your store

Very nice experience at your store. We were greeted by Christina Shepherd, she answered our questions and left us to walk around. She did keep in touch with us while we were in the store and helped us purchase our TV stand. The whole process was very smooth and everything was explained. Delivery is scheduled for Wednesday. Thanks

Incorrect Pickup Date-

The receipt told us pickup of out sofa was thursday by 4:00 at lancaster location. We rented a truck and when we went to pick it up- it wasnt there- wont be there until next tuesday I am livid - the truck was an expense I dont want to repeat

Delightful experience.

The sales rep took time finding out what our needs were. He also went out of his way to show me many pieces of furniture I was looking for, even when I went back several times.

Emily went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. I have always bought my furniture from R&F and will continue to because of great service and excellent quality for a good price.
