dealing with the salesman ( Adam ) was delightful. He was professional and took time to show me the multiple options I had in my search to buy new bedding.

Dane was wonderful to work with. Always smiling and knowledgeable. Gave us the sale price without us having to ask for it pointing us to exactly what we asked for.

Long story short the platinum protection plan sucks and I basically have to lose my coverage after two years, take a store credit and pay $500 more out of pocket in order to get the same couch just a different color because THE STORE no longer sells it! (Even though I was quoted 100 by the manager Katie) so it’s a lose lose all the way around oh and I was told they had to take my old furniture so basically I am stuck buying a new couch and spending the money. I will absolutely not be back after this is finished.

Sabrina was very professional and helpful. We appreciated her allowing us to look around on our own but it when we had questions she made us a priority. We had a great experience.

The woman who worked with me was awesome. I'm very glad I had her. She was down to earth, had a similar sense of humor, and wasn't 'stuffy' like many of the other reps appeared to be. She heard was I was after, found me options, explained everything well (even though I'm not a fan of your limited delivery options) and helped me get in/out quickly. Do they always gather en masse near the front door like that? Not cool.

I knew what I was looking for in a couch. I spent some time testing a bunch of different ones for comfort and taking pictures of the possibles. I then went home and looked them up online to check sizes and reviews. When I went back to the store, all I had to do was tell the salesperson what I wanted and I was done in 30 minutes.

Chris was accommodating and very helpful. I was able to make my purchase fast and easy.

Edward Ruef was professional, well knowleded regarding the furniture, and made the process super easy! I visited the store multiple days in a row and Edward was able to assist each day!!
