Raymour & Flanigan - Farmingdale South Arvostelua 

Purchased a new sofa, Farmingdale location. Rosanne Rush was wonderful. Professional, warm, non aggressive. I give her 10 stars out of 5 !!!

On Aug. 17th I purchased a king mattress set and a king platform bed. The mattress set was delivered promptly and the bed was a special order. The bed arrived yesterday. My order was for a Jessica king platform bed in velvet light gray. The bed delivered is a linen ivory. I called the store in Farmingdale yesterday and was told to e-mail a picture which I did. I haven’t heard anything. How can I get this problem resolved? This was purchased at the 1645 address.

I SAW MANY MORE TYPES OF BEDS THAN ELSEWHERE

I ordered Everest loveseat & Sofa power recliners, had problems from day 2. Finally got service to address the power issue, was told the power packs were installed improperly and was charged for 2 extras we didn't need. Furniture worked for 1 day, now nothing works. I called no managers around in the showroom or service and I have to wait an additional week for service. Professional employees until you have problems, NO ONE wants to talk to you. If I could give no stars I would. Sorry I made this purchase and extremely dissatisfactory. One more thing the furniture beeps throughout the day and night no apparent reason.

Steve was very helpful and was able to have us in and out in 20 minutes. We knew exactly what we needed and he help us get there quickly and not rushing us. We had the product delivered the next day and he was also very kind to my son, who was playing with his walkie talkies while we were there. Thanks Steve.

Our salesperson was kind and patient. Unfortunately, 1) the living room set was found go uncomfortable once we used it for a couple of days, and 2) both myself and my son are experiencing upper respiratory and cough/breathing symptoms due to the fabric couch (vs leather). The store will only offer me to choose something different, after deducting 10% and charging a new pick up/delivery fee. I wanted a refund. They will not budge.

I’ll stick with future furniture purchases from places that believe in their product enough to offer refunds.

CSEA union members has 18% off retail pricing. This was wonderful for me yesterday, the CSEA price beat the sale price.

Although, the store didn't carry the piece or manufacturer I originally went there to purchase. To my amazement the Raymour & Flanigan sales rep. Anthony Tesan found what I have been searcher for with all my requirements ie. size, color, material,functions and in stock. All this for a lower price than I originally was going to pay. Evidently with a better manufacturer too.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. There was no sales pressure, only people who wanted to be helpful. It didn’t matter if it was your assigned salesperson. Everybody would help. MJ was our sales lady and she was patient and understood our needs.

It was a pleasure not a headache dealing with the salesman who took very good care of us. He answered every question my husband and i asked . He was very knowledgeable knows his job and in in todays world it is so hard to find someone who knows their job . So because he really wanted to help us we were able to purchase a few items. And will go back for more after our delivery. I only hope we get the same salesman.

Horrible customer service call from Latoya. Not worth buying protection plan. You need to send pictures, you need to find website, you need to pay delivery fee. They determine the damage without ever coming to look at it. Called a month ago schd an appt for 6/27/23. Not even coming. Just a call saying my fault I pay delivery. Spent almost $15000. on furniture just over a year ago and the dining room table and chairs are garbage and the varnish melts off dresser if in the sun. NEVER AGAIN.

The store was very clean, inviting and comfortable to be in. The furniture was displayed in realistic settings. Our salesperson Linda Fortunato was very informative and helpful. Even staying past her shift.

We went in looking for a dining room set. Our sales person Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us space to look around but stayed close for any questions we had which we appreciated. He takes care of all CSEA members, so if you are looking furniture definitely go see him at this location!

What made our experience great? She was very informative and We felt relaxed with her.

Linda Catapano is an excellent sales rep. She is patient, professional and attentive. Not only are we enjoying the furniture she recommended, we believe we got our money's worth because of Linda's help. Ask for her when you go in the store!

Selection of merchandise to choose from and the sales representative so friendly and knowledgeable

This is the third or fourth time that we’ve had James Fischer help us, and once again he was magnificent. He’s so knowledgeable of the store, and once he hears what we are interested in, he gives such great recommendations.
