Very attentive sales reps, simple process, on time delivery

Badar Abrahim was the nicest salesman I’ve ever met and the furniture is beautiful!

The sales associate Lemma was very conscientious and helpful. She made me feel like she was working with me rather than for a commission

Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly, but no one told us they cannot pick up an old mattress if it has any stains, so we are left to dispose of it.

The sales person was too pushy. Did not explain that the great warranty was not automatic, but only applied if it was purchased, prior to delivery. Nor did he explain that I needed special brackets to attach the backboard. Totally inept and concerned only with his commission

Rad did an outstanding job of explaining product differences to me. He did so in a consultative manner which provided for a very comfortable sales experience.

Na Ward was our salesperson, he was very chill, not pushy, knowledgeable and helpful

Andrea Cassis is a PRO!! My sister and I walked in and explained our mothers situation and assisted living and she "took over" and guided us with her knowledge and expertise. I saw her business card and I saw that it said something like "presidents club award winner" for Raymour and Flanigan. NOW I KNOW WHY!!! She is a rock star

Knowledge and helpful salespeople.

Well we thought our salesman Juan in Fairfield knew what he was talking about, but sad to say different. But after spending $17000 on furniture you would think we would get responses back when we reach out! Been nothing but issues since we scheduled the delivery. And now after sending us a bed frame that Juan said would fit our new bed, but didn’t, we have been waiting over 7 weeks for the right one! Now telling us another 5 weeks until they will reach out! The only word to describe this store is Horrible! And two days later I receive a response to this post and how they want me to email management to resolve this! We have spoke to managers and NOTHING has happened! Going on 8 weeks sleeping with a frame that does not fit the bed and keeps rubbing against the panels! It’s a disgrace that we have to wait this long because your salesman did know k ow what he was talking about, and management we spoke with can’t fix the issue in a timely manner! So once again, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!

Tee and Olivia were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made the process of selecting our items far less daunting than it might have been.
