Lemma was very helpful and kind
Lemma was very helpful and kind. We went looking for a kitchen set but it was not available in the store. Lemma researched it for us and we were able to order it unlike the previous (R&F) store we went to in East Hanover. We also purchased a bedroom set from her which was not in the plans. Only because of her helpfulness and working with us to our satisfaction did we make the additional purchase. Thank you Lemma for your help.

Don't go to Raymour & Flanigan because they don't care about their customers.
I was going to pick up the furniture once it was delivered to the East Hanover Store, however in the beginning of January, 2025 I was told the East Hanover Store was no longer having furniture delivered to that store. I was told I would have to pick up my order from Elizabeth, NJ or Fairfield, NJ. I advised then I would pick it up from the Fairfield, NJ Store. I was told the furniture would be delivered to the Fairfield Store on Monday, January 20, 2025. When I went to pick up the furniture, I was told to go to the Customer Service Center in the store, then I went back to the warehouse and the men in the warehouse loaded the 4 boxes into the truck my grandson drove. This was my first time picking up at this location, however, the men in the warehouse and the Customer Service Center did not advise me to open the boxes before having them placed in the truck my grandson was driving. Once we arrived home it was after 5:00pm. When I opened the first box, by eyes popped wide open because the sofa in the box was not the Sofa I ordered. The cushions of the sofa were not Beige, they were the color of the white pillows that was on the website picture. When I looked at the box it had "COLOR: IVORY" If I had seen this prior to the warehouse men loading the boxes into the truck my grandson was driving, I would have not taken these boxes. This must have been someone else's order because it was not not what I order.
When I returned these boxes on January 23, 2025, the Customer Service Rep told me I had to speak with the Manager of the East Hanover Store & that I could not return these items. Why can't I return the boxes that were put in my truck that were not what I ordered. This was not my order. I did not order a white sofa and loveseat and on my Invoice it says the color of the sofa and loveseat I ordered is the Color: Beige. I requested a refund since I did not receive the Sofa and Loveseat that was on my Invoice and then the Manager, Doug told me they no longer make this sofa and loveseat in the color Beige. So I returned the items that I did not order and they are trying to hold onto my money and I want my order cancelled and my monies refunded to me.

WORST SERVICE EVER
I ordered an item on a Sunday. I was given a choice of days for pick up. I chose Wednesday, went to puck item up and was told it was nit at the store. They said they only receive items on Tuesday & Thursday. Why when I ordered on Sunday, it was not there on Tuesday??? To hard of a question to answer. Raymours order receipt should say to CALL BEFORE coming to pick up!!!! Also was told pick up hours are 11am to 7pm. Lucky I called to make sure item was there on Thursday, they tell me pick up is only till 6:30pm. Raymour needs to get there act together and be more informative to their customers!!! I WAS NOT PLEASED, WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!

Scheduled pick up does NOT work
Every time we have bought something from Raymour & Flanigan there has been issues. This week was no different. We bought extra chairs because we are hosting and scheduled a pick up for today. We get to the store and the product is not there. The schedule pick up tool on their website is a lie. This is the last time we buy anything from Raymour & Flanigan.
