Raymour & Flanigan - Egg Harbor Arvostelua 

Liz was extremely helpful. Highly recommend Raymour and Flanagan and their staff. Beautiful furniture throughout the store.

The professional attitude of the salespeople and the willingness to help with answering questions.
The service department is extraordinary in solving problems.

The sales associate was knowledgeable, listened to our wants and needs, and had great patience.

Geo professionalism was phenomenal. He showed us multiple options of each product and was detailed orient of them all. Extremely engaging!

This review is for Egg Harbor Township in New Jersey, Raymour and Flanigan.

When I entered the stores a sales lady named, Lisa Gale, approached me. She was not high pressure and she was great to work with. I told her what I was looking for, and she showed me everything through the store. We decided on the Beckett, a leather couch. It was beautifully made, and very nice leather and extremely comfortable.

If I can tell you, I was in the store 10 times for about two hours each, Lisa was beyond professional, and helping me in every way. She has the patience of a Saint.

The couch was delivered and immediately I was unhappy with the color. I should’ve sent it back and not accepted it. Nothing was wrong with the couch. It was beautiful, well-made, but it looked horrible in the room. Way too dark for a beach house, and totally my fault. Lisa, told me I’d have to work with a manager,at this point because it was a return, so that’s when Ira came in.

When I went back to Raymour and Flanigan to settle the problem. Lisa came up to me and I apologized for all the trouble I was making. She spent another hour with me walking me around, showing me different couches again and using her time as a sales person and not helping someone else. When I was told then I wasn’t her client anymore because it was now a management position. Anyway, she help me pick out the Graceland sofa and two chairs. I then brought my husband in for the second time and went straight to the manager Ira. We decided on the Graceland and it was delivered two days later, and the other couch was picked up for a restocking fee. Which, I wasn’t happy with, but Ira worked with me.
The new couch came in, and we are thrilled beyond belief. It looks so much better in a house that is on the beach. The couch is light, pretty, comfortable and perfect for our little place.

I am also writing this review to make sure that Lisa Gale gets the full commission for this sale. I’m sure she spent over 20 hours plus helping me make the first decision let alone the second decision. Then Ira, the manager came in and wrote everything up.

I would like corporate to be in touch with me either via email or phone. They have my number and email. I do want to make sure Lisa gets this full commission. It’s very important to me as her client.

Raymour and Flanigan did a great job and we are very happy with the outcome. Five stars.

What made my experience great was my sales representative. She was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything I ordered. She made it a pleasant experience!

Denise was a wonderful salesperson who listened to our needs and gave us useful advice. We were "sold" on the product she recommended, but we were shopping for a family member, and the purchase did not work out. I will definitely see Denise when I make a purchase and recommend her to my family and frielnds.

Jessica was wonderful. Very personable answered all my questions and knowledgeable. She made the whole process very smooth and complete. Willing to work around my delivery schedule because of my carpet being installed. She is definitely an asset to Raymore and Flanagan! Have given her business card to a good friend of mine.

Denise was wonderful. She was prepared for us when we met on our scheduled visit. It was a large, complicated deal and Denise handled it like a pro. She followed through on all open items, including delivery.

We had a great experience at Raymour and Flanigan due to the gentleman who helped us. His name is Martin. Our room was a litle oddly shaped and he helped us to fit everything we wanted in the room. He even came to our home to measure. No one ever did that for us. A big Thank You!!!

Liz was very helpful and gave me info that I needed to make my decision. She was professional and not overbearing as some can be.

Sales Representative listened to my furniture needs and showed me items that would fit in my small bedroom. I tried out several beds before making my purchases.

Great customer service!! Iris was excellent, i went to buy a mattress and I left with the mattress, coffee table and end table.

The sales guy was wonderful.I was very disappointed in the bedroom set selection ,they use to have beautiful bedroom sets not anymore.The headboards were ugly .I want a new bedroom set but didn't like what you had I guess I will look at a later date hopefully you get different styles

Shopping was easy and quick. Quick response from Raymour and Flanigan in reference to my delivery time.

Reagan Pitale was amazing and made the process of selecting our sectional so easy. Her knowledge of the pieces on the showroom and availability was amazing. Cannot wait for my new sectional to arrive in just 4 days from ordering it!

Reagan Pitale was excellent. She knew what I was looking for and led me right to the Parkview console. She informed me about all of the features of the item and the plans available.
