Raymour & Flanigan - Christiana Arvostelua 

What made our experience great was our Furnishing Consultant, Michael Singleton, at the store at 2750 Fashion Center Blvd., in Newark DE. His warm welcome, and laid-back manner, made us feel at ease and not pressured to purchase. Because of that, we DID purchase a sofa and chair that was within our budget. Had we felt pressured, we would not have bought anything, as that turns us off. Michael had a good knowledge of what styles, fabrics, etc. were available, showed us the layout of the store, brought us a bottle of water, and then left us alone to wander and dream. We vacillated between two or three different styles and ended up getting the most expensive. There was a little problem with credit (I forgot I had frozen/locked all three credit bureaus), so we ended up paying half cash, and half on our own credit card Michael helped to arrange delivery and pick up of our old furniture. All in all, he made our experience great.

Lou was amazing at explaining the different sales going on and left us alone to browse. When we chose what we wanted, she measured and showed us exactly what would fit.

We bought a living room Sofa Set from Raymour & Flanigan Delaware Newark Store. The associate helping us and the store manager kindly offered a gift card incentive of $200 for purchasing furniture insurance. This offer was a motivating factor in our decision to proceed with the insurance purchase. However, to our disappointment, I have not received the gift card as of September 15th, 2023.

We have called the store numerous times to follow up. I even called customer services, but the promise remains unfulfilled, and they are rudely replying to the calls now. Please beware of this scam.

Never ever, ever, ever buy a warranty from these people. Save your money!!!!! My bedside table got water damage from their crappy workmanship product. No biggie. The warranty says it’s covered. They put us off for months making the water damage even worse. When the guys came out to “ fix “ it. They looked at it and said that it was too damaged for them to fix. The “repair guys” took a picture of it then said someone will call us to let us know if there is anything they can do. Just got the call, they said we are S.O.L. Don’t bother spending your money on a warranty!!!!! You will regret it!!!!! I do!!!!

The salesperson and his manager provided excellent service. They provided an alternative to an option of the bed frame and saved me a few dollars

The company is hiring great employees, ours (Sean) was wonderful!

I hate furniture shopping but Rodney W. made it great. He was so helpful and patient. We bought a rug, sofa, coffee and end tables. They have a huge selection here with reasonable prices. Will definitely go back again- and get Rodney to help!

Thomas Shaw was my guide to buying everything I needed. I have to start from scratch and he showed me the best market value and styles that I could handle. I now have new home furnished with the main items, now the next time I come to Raymour and Flanigan, he will help me with the other items. I will be definitely be coming back to the store. Thanks again to Thomas Shaw, I will be back again.

We first went to the R&F outlet, where Marcy was very helpful. When we didn’t find anything we really liked, she referred us to the showroom, where Rodney helped us. Both Marcy and Rodney were helpful, personable and informative.

My experience was great with Fancy Chris, I give him 5 stars. He was patient, informative, not too pushy with trying to make a sale, very friendly. Will definitely recommend him.

My issue arrive when I got a phone call the following day. Can not remember the lady name. But she called me stating that I was undercharged, but could not tell me how or what item I was undercharged for. She said their drawer was short and because I had a lot of tickets she unable to see what item or ticket it came from. I asked did she speak with Fancy or Carolyn, the two that I did my payment with and she said no, she just wanted to call me first to let me know what was going on,

For her to be the manager of Carolyn, that is completely out of line. She is accusing me of not paying because their drawer is short and didn’t check with her staff before calling me.

My question is why did she think it was my order? It was a lot of people buying furniture that day and she just assumed it was my order. She had no evidence to back up how I was undercharged.

Juan Perez was exceptional. He listened to my needs and made sure my furniture seylections met and exceeded those needs. And the furniture offering at Raymour & Flanigan is superior quality and affordable. This is the only furniture store I've shipped for the past 20 years. I also make sure my adult children shop there too.

Customer service at both locations were outstanding!

This was a return experience after purchasing a bedroom set last year. The same sales person helped us find coffee and end tables for our living room. Excellent visit. I highly recommend Lisa at the Christiana Mall in Newark, DE.

We had purchased a new mattress in March and it just wasn't comfortable for us. Since they have a 120 day return/exchange policy we returned to the store to find another mattress. The sales person (can't remember his name) was helpful and knowledgeable, and had no issues with our exchange. Our experience with R & F has always been positive!

Monica was pleasant, professional and well versed in mattress products sold and services provided by Rayburn and Flanigan.

We had a wonderful experience. Juan is the best ( he’s been our salesman before). Same great service. He made it easy.
