Raymour & Flanigan - Christiana Outlet Arvostelua 

It was my first time to the store but won’t be my last. The store itself is really nice and my salesman, Torrence, was great.

This particular purchase was a re select from a defective piece of furniture… everything went well until,,,,,, I actually had to purchase. I visit the Raymour in the fashion center every one was helpful . I recur call also from the manager there (Katie) excellent. They advised checking out the outlet right next to them … I visited the store on Monday night and found a re select . The lady at the front said she had to get her manager for approval. When she walked over to him o could already see he was acting like it was a big deal that he needed to help. He said go to the desk and I will be over . He came over rude , arrogant, and acting like it was a bother ……. When he walked over he acutely laughed in out face!!!!! Very unpaid I will NEVER get anything from that store again and will let everyone I know to shop elsewhere. Get someone on there who wants to go their job!!!!!

The salesman was terrific, he listened and considered my thoughts and was very helpful

Torrence was very informative and helpful through thr whole time we were looking at sectionals. He had a great personality and his knowledge was outstanding. He is definitely the gentlemen to see if you are looking for new furniture.

The Representative was very patient with my husband an I as we made decisions on the furniture. We asked for ideas and he was very good in giving ideas while leaving the decision to us for our preference

I chose to purchase my furniture online because the salespeople at my local Outlet are awful. They try to 'mansplain' things to me, continuously ask me "if I need help", and stare at me the entire time I try to shop and talk with my spouse. I made my purchase online and, yet, a salesperson STILL called me and attempted to convince me that "for future reference, it's always better to speak directly with a salesperson rather than use the website." I had to stop him right there because a disconnect between the online service and store service is not my problem. I did not appreciate him trying to tell me how I need to shop, especially when its not my fault. He then proceeded to give me unnecessary information about when deliveries are made, even though I tried stop him from going any further. He just continued to talk over me. I do not want any commission to go to these salespeople. It's also very disappointing that the website said I could have my furniture on a particular day, but then the store says that's not accurate.

I placed an order on July 3 and was suppose to get a call about when it could be picked up. I received a call and scheduled a pickup date of August 5…. Today is august 5 and I just got off the phone with a rep that said my order pickup was never scheduled because the store no longer offers pickup. So I have waited over a entire month for an order that was never scheduled for pick up. How is that ok? No communication at all. Poor customer service!!!

Sales rep was nice and informative. Availability of item and delivery time awesome.

Susan helped us and she was beyond amazing! So helpful and pleasant with her Southern hospitality. She was never pushy, but was always nearby for any questions. The store was very inviting and so much to choose from. Phenomenal prices too! We will be coming back for all of our furniture needs.
