Raymour & Flanigan - Bridgewater Arvostelua 

I bought a mattress 32 days ago and also bought the contract to be able to exchange it within 45 days. After 30 days the mattress became too soft. I scheduled a reselection appointment and the salesman was extremely helpful and showed me a firmer pillowtop mattress. It is being delivered tomorrow. The process was extremely pleasant. I am so glad I went to Raymour and Flanigan.

Quick, professional buy. Store consultant was knowledgable and very helpful during sale. Fast delivery and take away. The other furniture at the store looked really great.

The Bridgewater showroom is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I texted the salesman, Paul, who I had already seen once, to let him know we would be coming in. He saw us walking in and said he would be with us in just a bit to give us time to look around (which we appreciated since my husband hadn’t been in yet). Paul was not pushy and he was very respectful and thorough. The only negative thing I noticed (or heard) was that there were a group of three salespeople talking when I walked by and they were complaining openly about a coworker. Not something customers should be hearing!! Keep that quiet! The lead time for our bedroom furniture is also 6 weeks out (a long time!) but we were told this is due to COVID. It is what it is, but overall we had a good experience.

Hawa was most helpful.....taking time to answer our many questions while offering suggestions. She was pleasant and did a great job completing two orders for us over a period of a week.

Our salesperson Susan is great! We purchased a mattress from her last year and are still very happy with the information she gave us to make an informative decision about our mattress.
We just purchased a sectional and tables for our family room and once again Susan was very informative, patient and helpful in helping us choose the right sectional in our price range. Her suggestions for coffee and end tables was also greatly appreciated. I love the quality of products that Raymour & Flannigan puts out and the interest free credit card is also a perk. We will definitely use them again.
