It was still difficult to get a hold of my salesman after the order was placed. I called and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up. Pricing was difficult to follow.

Hawa was exceptional. I was planning on shopping around for a mattress. She took so much time with me. She listened intently to what I was looking for. She showed me all options within my budget. Great visit that ended in the purchase of a great couch!
For me, the best part of my experience was that I did not feel harassed or pressured by any sales people. Venkat greeted me and my husband when we entered, but respected our space and allowed us to browse at our liesure. The store is huge and has so much inventory that it took us quite a long time to look at everything and pick out a couch, but once we did, Venkat was there to help us complete our purchase. He was extremely kind and thorough, checking to make sure we were purchasing the correct pieces for our sectional multiple times over. He provided us with all of the necessary details for our delivery and made the experience seamless.
