I am very disappointed with Raymour and…
I am very disappointed with Raymour and Flanigan. My brand new couch was delivered broken. The lock on the bottom of the sectional is defective, so now the couch constantly separates. I noticed the delivery men were having a difficult time connecting the couch, when asked if the couch was properly connected they told me it was. There was a language barrier between myself and the men. Once they left, I noticed the couch easily separated. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a technician to come look at the couch. This is an inconvenience and there should be more support on Raymour and Flanigans end. Maybe they shouldn't deliver defective couches.

4th of July - Labor Day Sales could have been better.
I almost purchased with another company and did purchase adjustable frame and mattress from a competitor because of the price difference.

Melissa Van Dyke was wonderful as well as helpful. She was very easy to speak to and she addressed all our questions. Our selection was very easy once she directed us to our selection. However we did not intend to purchase an adjustable bed, but are really happy and took her advice. We only went to purchase a new mattress.

No pressure to buy
No pressure to buy. Erik was extremely helpful when we were ready to purchase our new sofa. The entire process took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. We were able to look around without constant interference and all of our questions were answered. We were able to configure our new sofa to our needs and the process was fast and easy. A wonderful experience.
