Professional Primer for Breathable Façade Systems This high-performance primer is engineered using Pliolite resins and premium pigments, offering exceptional adhesion to porous surfaces. It provides a breathable, alkali-resistant foundation ideal for both internal and external substrates. Its formulation ensures a long-lasting base for all subsequent coatings, including decorative paints and wallcoverings. New concrete or cement-based substrates may require neutralising with 10% hydrochloric acid. Powdery or unstable surfaces should first be stabilised using Hidrocril. For previously painted substrates, remove gloss via sanding to promote adhesion. Damaged coatings must be completely removed before application. Application may be carried out using brush, roller or spray. Stir thoroughly before use. If needed, dilute depending on the porosity of the surface. Environmental and Safety Considerations Do not apply when substrate temperature is below 5°C or when humidity exceeds 80%. Application should not be carried out in direct sun, strong winds, or where there is risk of rain. Ensure good ventilation during use. Avoid open flames or ignition sources. Personal protective equipment must be worn. Dispose of residues and containers responsibly through authorised waste management services. Do not discharge into drains or the environment.
