Two guys came around and fixed the clogged sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, very quick and efficient. They got the job done, and there’s no problems now

Had jack and Brad come to do sealent in my bathroom. Very polite.

Had Jack and Brad round to fix my toilet.. They came on a Saturday morning and were done in about 20 minutes or something.. Super quick and seemed like nice guys.. Only thing was is that raven didn't notify me of them coming.. Still though., they came and were done super quick with no mess.. Thanks guys..

My experience with this housing association has been extremely disappointing.

I was put forward for a two-bedroom property because I require an additional bedroom for a carer. Despite this, Raven questioned my need for the extra room and asked me to provide further evidence. For two weeks, I was repeatedly asked for more information, leaving me constantly chasing paperwork while I was already experiencing a mental health crisis.

I pushed myself through the process because I really wanted the property. During that time, the house was withdrawn twice before eventually being taken away altogether. The whole experience caused me significant distress and left me feeling that my circumstances were not handled with the care or understanding they deserved.

Based on my experience, I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against because of my disability and support needs. I also felt that communication from staff was inconsistent and, at times, misleading.

I would not recommend this housing association. I hope they improve the way they support and communicate with vulnerable applicants so that others do not have to go through a similar experience.

My experience with Raven Housing Trust has been extremely disappointing and has had a significant impact on my family.

We are a vulnerable household with disabilities, and despite providing extensive professional evidence from Children’s Occupational Therapy, Impact Initiatives Home Safety Service and Environmental Health, we have spent months chasing essential repairs, safety issues and reasonable adjustments.

Many of the concerns I raised were acknowledged by Raven within their own complaint responses, including failings in communication, delays in escalation, insufficient consideration of our individual circumstances and reasonable adjustment needs, and delays in implementing appropriate solutions. Despite these acknowledgements, some of the professional recommendations for my disabled son’s safety remain outstanding.

Our family has experienced ongoing issues including repeated electrical faults, delays in addressing safety concerns, and a defective shower screen that caused injuries to both of my children before it was eventually replaced. Throughout this process I have had to make repeated complaints simply to progress matters that should have been addressed much sooner.

As a family placed in this property on medical priority because of our disabilities, I expected a much greater focus on safety, communication and support. Instead, I have spent months coordinating between departments, professionals and external agencies while trying to keep my children safe.

I sincerely hope Raven learns from the failings it has already acknowledged and improves its service for other vulnerable families so they do not have to go through the same experience.

Raven repairs came and replace my bath also had the bath placed and turned the other way for safety . The workmanship and manners were exemplary.
Outstanding! Veey pleased with Raven for all the upgrade from new roof to windows and boiler . Very happy and really have felt the benefit of all the works done ✔️

Raven ignore most complaints and consistently breach the Ombudsman complaint handling code. Still awaiting a call back from Melissa regarding a serious complaint I've made. They pass the buck and run a CAN'T do culture. My complaint will be escalated to Surrey Police on Monday morning as I am sick of being lied to and pushed from pillar to post

Not trust worthy and they play fools when something doesn't suit them, happy to take money for people but not when the responsibility is on them, pass you around in the hope you give up so they dont have to deal with issues, very very poor company and not trust worthy.

2 people from raven attended my flat for 2 separate electrical repairs. The first being a light fitting and plug fitting and the 2nd being one he had raised before leaving (that the light and fan in my kitchen needed replacing as both now not available and so would be unable to change the light bulb now it had gone) I know one was called Sam and he was very friendly and helpful and I'm not sure if the person he was with was a trainee but I think it was a different trainee each time and not sure if it was the same person. Thank you so much for your excellent work and friendly helpful nature

I called up the raven out off hours emergency service team I called them up 4 times regarding a house leak from bathroom but they refused me 4 times myself and my family who got disabilities i had to called up the west Sussex fire and rescue service on 999 they have kindly came out and investigated it and they said it could off started a fire as water got into the light bulb and they called raven up on our behalf. RAVEN HOUSING TRUST YOU SHOULD BE A SHAME OFF YOUR SERVICES I would be a shame off myself if I was working for you guys I would definitely give them 0! STARS!

17 years waiting for a front door but as the old one closes it’s still not replaced
Forget that there are holes in it , forget that the letterbox dosnt fit, forget that water leeks through it so the interior wall and skirting board is rotten and covered in black mold and ignore that every workman including the guy who did the survey about what needs doing all say you need a new front door the minute they arrive

My experience with Raven Housing has been deeply disappointing. I have encountered repeated issues that have gone unresolved and unacknowledged.

There have been serious concerns regarding the behaviour of contractors and operatives, with no follow-up or accountability. Basic maintenance standards are not upheld. The front door has remained broken for an unacceptable length of time. Communal areas are neglected. Fire safety rules are not being followed. The grass is rarely cut, and excuses are made about birds nesting, lies are being said about not being responsible for the land surrounding the building. Lack of regular maintenance has contributed to the repeated return of vermin around the property.

Anti-social behaviour from fellow tenants is ignored and not addressed, despite concerns being raised. Unfortunately, raising these issues has not led to any meaningful action. Instead of support, there is often misleading information, silence or deflection.

The overall culture feels dismissive of tenant wellbeing. There is a serious failure to uphold the standards expected of a housing trust.
It is disheartening to feel unsafe and unheard in your own home. Raven needs to urgently reassess how it handles complaints, engages with tenants, and maintains the homes and communities in its care.

That is my experience. I understand others may have had different ones.
