How easy was it to sort out my damaged alloy . First I sent through email a request to repair, a reply within 24hrs ,unfortunately the wrong details were on file , a quick 5 minute call to a human, not a robot, to sort these details ,she forwarded straight to the claim . I then had an email that day and a call to book my car in for the repair . Perfect I couldn't ask for a better service , and it was lovely to speak to someone. Thank you Ramp limited 😀

Purchased a 12 month RAMP Platinum vehicle warranty with my used car. Vehicle produced a serious fault, and i must admit, i did expect the " run around" because my warranty was only 2 weeks from expiry, but to their credit the people at RAMP Warranties were excellent. From first contact everything was made clear and concise instructions were given for submission of a claim. Once submitted the repairs were authorised without undue delay. I've got to admit i am most impressed with RAMP, for a sensible and reasonable approach to a stressful situation. Well done !

Dropped car off for service at Halfords got a call 10 minutes later saying not enough money in account. Phoned Ramp explaining the situation they apologised and said stay on the phone a will sort this out come back on the phoned all sorted. Halfords phoned couple of hours later car all done great service thanks

Called RAMP today to get service history for a vehicle we had serviced through them for 3 years. Jags (adviser) was friendly, helpful and professional. Requested it and provided timeline in which to expect it. No hassles.

Absolute waste of money. RAMP Limited’s warranty is a scam. I paid for cover thinking I’d have peace of mind, but when my car broke down they refused to cover even the basic diagnostic fee (£540 at BMW) that’s essential just to find out what’s wrong.

They hide behind small print and exclusions so they don’t have to pay out. What’s the point of a warranty if it doesn’t even cover finding the fault? It’s completely misleading and leaves customers out of pocket.

Their customer service is dismissive and offers no real help — just excuses. Avoid RAMP at all costs. You’d be better off saving your money than wasting it on their so-called “warranty.”

Jags my contact was very helpful getting my MOT and Service for my car sorted out within 5 minutes. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE 👍👍
