RAM Mount UK Arvostelua 

I ordered a couple of parts from them, as recommended, to attach to my wheelchair to mount a tablet. I have purchased several (quite expensive) items from them in the past. However the new items aren't doing the job they recommended them for yet refuse to advise what I should do. After I told them I could not use my phone independently they still wouldn't email me with the instructiions or advice I needed. Very disappointing.

Love my new RAM mount, Using it to hold a TC Electronics Clarity M in a music studio. It's sturdy, well made and I can tell it will last forever. Quite pricey but you can feel it's a quality product so absolutely no qualms with that.
Had a little issue with something not being included in the delivery and spoke to Sean who sorted it out immediately. Great product, great service. Cheers :-)

Brilliant customer service when looking for a mount for a very heavy Fossibot tablet which we needed to move between vehicles. The modular format of these looks a bit overwhelming, but they sent me a link to the correct bundles and pieces we needed. The quality and stability is far superior to any others I've seen, and the only one I'd trust to hold a large, heavy screen.

Ordered a mount for my galaxy tab and ordered one that wasn't perfect for the job. Called ram mount who advised me on exactly which one to use and why and ordered it up and delivered next day. send old mount back for very speedy refund. Very satisfied with product and service.

Had a problem with one of my phone mounts. Contacted Ram hq regarding what part I needed to order and they reminded me that their products are covered by a lifetime guarantee. Emailed a pic of the damage and bingo they are sending me a replacement. Have to say the X mount with windscreen suction pad has performed faultlessly for several years, which is the same for the X mount with claw attachment what I use on my motorcycle. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ram products. Thank you to the Ram team.

I recently purchased a device mount for my motorbike. Customer service was excellent, my emails were replied to within minutes. I bought the item around 1300 and it arrived the next day. Very good quality materials, looking forward to using the mount.

Update: Had a problem with the rubber part of the mount, contacted customer services and this was rectified the same day. They posted a replacement part as soon as I contacted them.

The products are good. I bought a mount for a Panasonic Toughpad. Very nice.
But only 2 stars because their website and customer service are simply dreadful. I have been trying to buy an aircraft part for ages - they keep offering it and then I get told sorry it's out of stock. They have my email details but they never get back to me when it's in stock again so I keep missing it. Today it's finally in stock (they didn't tell me, I just logged on and searched) and the website freezes at the payment page. So I did all the work to fill in the forms to place my order and I can't pay for it! I've bought other things today so it's not me or my laptop.
My advice is only buy from this shower if you can't get the same thing from someone else.
