Rainbow Fusions Arvostelua

As an independent Dyer I rarely buy wool from other sources however occasionally I like to support a fellow small buisness owner such as Karina from Rainbow Fusions .
Their attention to detail , quality of yarn and uniformity of colour across skeins is spot on and items are accurately described, the yardages are also accurate & the colours on the website photos are a good match to the items .
This dyer is conscientious enough to produce yarn that does not bleed (leak dye ) when washed , this is the mark of a skilled indi-dyer .
Last little note I live in what would be regarded as a ‘remote’ area of Scotland and as such oftain have to wait an extended time for deliveries. I’ve ordered 3 times now and each has been dispatched in good time and by a service that delivered in a timely manor well done hon .

Beautiful quality yarns in vibrant colours. Great customer service, I will be back for more 🌈

Always been very helpful when any advice sought and I love the yarn when it arrives!

Yarn arrived well packaged. Yarn colours are vibrant and well dyed. Can't wait to work with it.

Stunning colours - exactly as advertised. And I really like working with the Springy Twist DK yarn.

Fabulous yarns, beautiful colours

Gorgeous yarn but did take a while to arrive.

Well packaged yarn and they’re gorgeously soft and squishy and great colours. Extremely happy with my purchase and I’ve recommended to my yarny friends. Will definitely purchase again.

It was easy to order, details of when the yarn would be posted etc when I ordered.
Lots of detail provided in conformation emai.
Plus arrived earlier than the date provided

I bought these for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves everything they do. Couldnt be happier with the service.

Fabulous yarn as always and delivered on time!

Always lovely service and beautiful, good quality yarn. Such a talented dyer!

As always,Karina's yarns are so well dyed in glorious color. She made perfect pairing for mystery yarn, and I can't wait to get started on them!

Love the yarn! So colorful

Love your nice soft yarns, vibrant colors, good prices fairly fast delivery.

Placed my order June 2023 which included in stock yarns as well as the paid in full Advent Calendar. It took 7 weeks for my order to be shipped, with Karina constantly ignoring my emails or outright lying about when the package was being shipped. She refunded some of my order while still including the yarns “for the inconvenience”. I also made sure to ask about the advent calendar being shipped in a timely matter and she assured me that the whole month of October she is shipping them and the beginning of November is the latest any of them are shipped.

Nov 6 I emailed asking for a status update and was told tracking would be added within 24 hours. As of today, I still don’t have tracking information and have had to reach out again asking for details.

The yarn is gorgeous but not worth the absolutely abysmal customer service. With the exchange rate, it was a $600 order for me. Would never recommend this shop.

Fast delivery and just beautiful yarn. Looking forward to deciding what to make

Honestly this is the best and brightest yarn I’ve ever seen. Absolutely love the quality :) real nice lady :)

Beautiful yarn! Colours are amazing!
