It's an absolute scam. I've bought a product from them and the material and size was not proper. Asking for a return was not easy and asking me to pay shipping fee that's even higher than the actual items cost. There is NO prior communication around that beforehand.

Customer service is awful. Received some vests that didn’t fit so wanted to send them back. I sent a email and after a couple days they reply with an email in the junk folder with the name ‘customer service’ no mention of the company name anywhere in the email. They asked me irrelevant questions like sending a pic of the vests so they can see the size (they have no idea what my body type is like) it is all done to stall the process so you go over the returns delivery time and can’t send it back. Will NEVER order anything from this company again.
I will get my money back through claiming it with my bank as a re charge.
Be prepared to have the same experience if something doesn’t fit, really not worth the hassle.

I ordered two pairs of cargo shorts, I chose the size using the guide on their web site. They took an eternity to arrive then when I tried them on they were enormous, completely unwearable .I have e-mailed them 3 times and have had no reply

Terrible company I believe this to be a scam website
Made a purchase over two weeks ago money was taken and haven’t received any confirmation no delivery updates nothing
Emailed there customer services five times received no reply

Strongly advise anyone looking to purchase from this company to steer well clear

They are scammers, don’t buy from them!!!!! They never deliver my order and not even responding, also report them on every platform.

Poor quality. Luckily I only paid about £30 for 4 t shirts but after 2 wears they started to get holes in both armpit areas of the t shirt. The video says double stitching, and it is in parts but not the most important part by the look of it. Really bad

Poses as a UK company but it’s just another BS e-commerce company. Buy local and support UK businesses not this drop ship BS that is terrible for the environment and probably made in a sweat shop with horrendous working conditions and pay.

I ordered from Rafterfe and never received my parcel.

This company is based in the USA, but their delivery service to the UK is extremely poor in my experience. The parcel was never delivered to my address, and there is no valid proof of delivery such as a signature, photo, or confirmation that it reached my property.

The seller attempted to rely on GPS coordinates and a delivery image, but the location shown does not match my address. The item also appears to have been left in a communal stairwell, which is not secure delivery or proof that the parcel was received by the correct person.

Despite multiple requests, the company has not taken responsibility or provided proper proof of delivery, and instead attempted to shift responsibility onto me to contact the courier, which is not the customer’s responsibility.

As a result, I have not received my order and the issue remains unresolved. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with their delivery and customer service.
