Radley London - Gretna Arvostelua 

Jen and Lorna were very helpful, kind & patient and helped us find our perfect bags

I liked the presentation of goods and reduced prices of sunglasses in particular.
Unfortunately it was hard to see the UV rating on the individual pair I liked. My husband and I read all the info on card attached to the spectacles but that was info in general. We tried to explain to the member/S of staff that it was info specific to the pair I wanted but they insisted on reading all the same info as we just had and could not seem to understand what we needed clarity on and did not seem to know much about the sunglasses. The experience that was most unhelpful was when the staff member told us early in the conversation that we 'were rude' ...which was not the case. I would not have expected us to be accused in this way ...so left the shop before the situation became more difficult.
Poor customer care and poor information re item in question.

I went for last minute c Christmas shopping today and stop at Radley to see something I like on Radley website. I was with my Radley grab bag I bought from website January this year, which was almost wears off and I shared my experience about the quality of it. I always buy Radley bags and this one wasn’t good quality as the last one . What is the wonderful team. Lady being the desk call Louise was very kind and gone to call the manager Jen .
Jen was extremely helpful and very nice and kind offering to exchange my bag for the sell price at the moment. I never expected this from them. So lovely time Radley should proud for people like them to present and work for! Thank you so very much Jen , Louise and Jess for number one service and all the best for Christmas and best wishes for the New Year.

Bought a lovely bag from one of your outlets and at same time bought the polish to clean my current bag.unfortunately you put a orangey pink label on the bottle with white writing and you cannot read it. Please change the colour of your polish cleaner labels so we can read the instructions. The young lady who served me was lovely .

Radley Bags are always a treat I visit and always come away with a bag at least one.
Today I had a most disgruntled member of staff that could look in my direction she maybe had her problems not even a thank you no smile……. Don’t do the job if it’s such an effort

Bought a bag on Thursday evening from your Gretna store.
Was asked for my email for warranty purposes. So I provided it.
In less than 48 hours, I have had 4 emails from you. None of which are about warranty.
I did not agree to getting marketing emails and I feel 4 emails in this time period is excessive. Hence, the bad review.
I think your shop assistants need to be told not to be taking peoples data under false pretences…

Was look see bag need a medium bag because I always have a big bag because I've got to fit in the kitchen sink so I need a smaller one so it's not as heavy to carry but when I found it at Gretna that was the bag I just love it Thank you

My wife and I called into the Radley outlet at Gretna earlier this year and were greeted by the most welcoming staff members you could wish to meet. We were even more fortunate as there was a sale available. I persuaded Ellen to treat herself to a new black handbag and with the expert help and advice from the ladies on duty she narrowed her preferred choice to two. Neither Ellen nor your delightful assistants could decide on which bag to select so I suggested we buy both of them. The staff were pleasantly surprised and my wife staggered but to see her delight was worth every penny. She couldn't wait for her next coffee mornings where she rotated the bags to to the envy of her friends. Gretna is our favourite place to visit and we always call in to see the ladies in Radley. They are an asset to your company and we can't thank them enough.

The sales person was quite knowledgeable about the styles of Radley and the seasons. She directed me to where the sale products were located and also explained what percentage was off certain products. Engaged in conversation relating to what I was particularly looking for, e.g, special occasion or outfit, without being intrusive. Happy with purchase.
