Very happy with my experience, from the excellent pre-sales advice from Andy, through to delivery. And delighted with my mini-ATX PC - it’s fast and quiet, and the absence of the usual bloatware made setting up a pleasure.

Ordered a Streacom Nano (Pico) PSU from QuietPC as they were the best rated retailer I could find in the UK that stocked them. They delivered as the PSU arrived promptly without issue. Will be back again if I need another or other items.

It seems to work just fine, i have it for about 2 weeks or so now. and everything works amazing i think, i had some problems with displayport at first but i fixed it easily the same day. The pc came pretty, even cleaner than on pictures. and seems to have zero missing details or any other problems as far as i can see. Is actually quiet just like promised, i was surprised because i thought their "very quiet" stuff was an exxageration but no it IS quiet, the thermals are also very good didnt overheat a single time so far. And packaging was great too! the box was gigantic and filled with many layers of impact absorbers so theres essentially almost no chance of breaking during shipment.

I wanted to do business with Quiet PC because I admired their ethics and so I asked for an unusual item to be reserved for me. They agreed to do this, which was very kind of them. I then purchased the item and received it from them 2 days later. Dawn was a great help over the phone, and the very model of efficiency.

These fans are significantly quieter than the Montech X5 case fans (3 x 140 mm and 1 x 120 mm). Now I can relax while working on the PC, rather than listen to a constant roar. Using the 8-way power hub (magnetic base) certainly made wiring up very simple and easy to place in the case.

Useful information re my specification prior to purchase of PC. Delivered in a timely manner on a day that was suitable for me. Packed very well. Up and running the same afternoon of delivery - easy!

Great support before I made the purchase - I had questions about CPU choice and I was helped with detailed information pertinent to my use case (music production).
The machine was assembled quickly, came with clear instructions and great packaging.
Of course, the new PC runs like a dream, with no bloatware or issues.

Timely delivery, excellent quiet power supply.

Ordered over Christmas/NY holidays when shop was closed, but order processed first day back and delivered two days later. Excellent quality power supply at an excellent price, backed up by fast efficient service, thank you.

Configured an A90 Fanless i18 for purchase and very pleased with result. Only problem with the configurator is that some components can go out of stock, if one waits for the missing item(s) to come in then another item might then have gone out of stock and so still prevent ordering.
After waiting sometime I compromised on my choice of case, and of course my preferred case then came in while the PC was was being built but too late to change.
I use the PC as a dedicated machine for Signalyst HQ player, which is very demanding of resources, my PC came with the ASUS TUF Z890-PRO motherboard and the Intel Core Ultra 9 285T with 32GB of RAM. Although the base speed TDP is 35W it uses about 65W when in use with HQ Player and some demanding settings which I could not achieve on my previous PC. After an hours usage with HQ Player it maintained a CPU temp of about 90-92C, not too hot, but I have now added a Noctua case fan to help, this has reduced the CPU temperature to about 86-88C and the fan is completely silent for me.
My PC was shipped to France where customs charges were 20% for the VAT (403€) and an admin charge of 21€.

The product is cheaper than in different places. Fast delivery. Nice communication. As a suggestion - please tidy up the description of products.
