I would not recommend purchasing from this company. In my opinion, the quality was noticeably below that of comparable products and the ingredients list was disappointing. It included additives such as natural flavoring and other ingredients that I personally avoid. Overall, I don't feel the product justifies it's premium price and I would choose a higher-quality alternative instead. Also, the taste was extremely unpleasant and difficult to tolerate, very chemical-like aftertaste and it lingers long after.

I would not recommend purchasing from Quicksilver Scientific based on my experience.

I ordered their glutathione product after carefully researching the ingredients on their website. At no point did I find that the product contained natural flavors. Since I avoid products with natural flavors for personal health reasons, this was an important factor in my purchasing decision. I only discovered that the product contained natural flavors after it arrived and I read the ingredient label on the bottle. Had this information been clearly disclosed before I purchased it, I would never have placed the order.

The product also arrived extremely hot after being shipped in approximately 100-degree weather. It came with a warm ice pack, and the entire package was hot. The company included a card stating that if the product arrives warm or at room temperature, it is still safe to refrigerate and use. However, I was uncomfortable using a product that is intended to be kept refrigerated after it had been exposed to such high temperatures during shipping.

When I contacted customer service, I explained both concerns: that I believed the ingredient information was not clearly disclosed online and that I was not comfortable using a refrigerated product that had arrived extremely hot. I was told that refrigerated items cannot be returned, so I was unable to receive a refund.

I chose this company because I had read that its founder, Christopher Shade, is a chemist, and I expected a high level of transparency regarding ingredients and product quality. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

If you have dietary restrictions, ingredient sensitivities, or avoid natural flavors for any reason, I strongly encourage you to verify the complete ingredient list before ordering. My experience left me disappointed, and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I've tried a lot of multivitamins over the years, but Ultra Vitamin is the first one that's actually stuck. I love not having to juggle a handful of different vitamins...everything's in one bottle, and the liquid is super easy to take...I can honestly say I feel a difference. Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and I'll definitely be reordering.

This is a premium-priced supplement that is marketed as a high-quality product, yet the satisfaction guarantee is only 45 days. Many other premium supplement companies, such as Thorne and Amy Myers MD, offer 60- to 90-day return periods, which is much more reasonable for products that may take time to evaluate.

My integrative physician specifically instructed me to microdose this supplement and increase very slowly until I reached one capsule. Because I followed my doctor’s recommendations, it took much longer to determine that I was having a negative reaction to the product. By the time it became clear that the supplement wasn’t right for me, I was outside the company’s return window.

I explained these circumstances to customer service and asked if they would make a one-time exception, but they declined, citing their policy. While I understand companies need policies, I was disappointed they were unwilling to consider the unique situation, especially given that I was using the product exactly as directed by my healthcare provider.

I hope Quicksilver Scientific will consider extending its satisfaction guarantee to 60–90 days, as many other premium supplement companies do. That would better reflect the reality that some supplements require slow titration or an extended trial before customers can accurately determine whether they are effective or well tolerated.

Customer service is the worst! I intended to pause my subscription for a couple of months, but instead they charged me twice over two months. Every time I contacted customer support, I got the same response: “Once it’s initiated, it cannot be refunded.” Seriously? A company can clearly see an accidental duplicate charge and still refuse to make it right. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Constant battles after the company cancels subscriptions for no reason. They are rated F on BBB for good reason.

Tried bitter x and after doing some research it appears this suppliment relies heavily on dandelion and for £50 a bottle I think I'll just pick my own.

Many options to choose from based off your needs. Overall, increases comfortable, uninterrupted sleep w/o waking up groggy. CBD Synergies-PN brings less joint pain, inflammation and stiffness.
