Very good delivery service. Would recommend. Worth paying that little extra for an assembled piece of furniture dilivered to the room of choice undamaged.
The furniture itself was exactly as I imagined and very very happy with it. Top quality.

The service was quick and efficient. I ordered and received delivery of my new sofa within 10 days! It’s a modular sofa and each part was separately boxed making it easier to get into the home.

I can only really confirm what the other reviewers have stated. The furniture we've purchased is amazing....we've purchased a couple of egg chairs for our Autistic son, who certainly doesn't lower himself gently into them, and they still look as amazing today as they did when we purchased them.
And, as others have said, the customer service is second to none. I mislaid or lost some parts after wintering up and phoned customer service to see if they had spares....they arrived 2 days later....amazing....I can't recommend Quatropi enough. Thank you so much....(I stress loads when I can't find something and drive my family mad....they're even more grateful to you!!!)

We recently ordered a dining table from Quatropi and, while the design was beautiful, the tabletop colour wasn’t quite what we expected. I reached out to Customer Services and was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally the issue was handled.

A huge shoutout to Lyndon in Customer Services, who went above and beyond in resolving everything. He was friendly, understanding, and incredibly efficient - arranging a replacement tabletop with no hassle at all. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and far better than the service I’ve had from most furniture companies.

The replacement arrived in perfect condition, and we absolutely love it. Quatropi’s products are stunning, but their customer service is what really sets them apart.

This company not only sells high quality products but gives high quality customer service. After a blip with our delivery date due to staffing issues, we were then prioritised by Anthony and Alex, usually head of sales, made the delivery in person to us. We live a very long distance away and we’re very grateful. He was fantastic during the delivery process and we love our Merlin Chaise sofa. Only negative is the electric recliner is a little slow but hey, life is so fast paced these days, taking things slower isn’t always a bad thing🤗.

Excellent delivery personnel, caring & obliging office staff. Problem remedied quickly when a support of the chair I ordered was broken. A replacement was delivered at the arranged time.

We recently bought a lovely round dining table and 6 chairs for our newly decorated dining room.

We found their range of products online very good, and found the perfect table for us.

Although it was already well priced, we contacted Alex (sales manager) who was able to offer additional discount which is fantastic. We promptly ordered the table and Alex processed the order efficiently.

Delivery was very quick and the delivery team were excellent. Very polite and helpful.

The product is absolutely stunning. Great build quality and looks amazing.

There was a small defect on one of the chairs (during packaging I believe) but with one quick email to Lyndon in the service team the issue was resolved and the chair replaced.

It makes a refreshing change to deal with company that supply quality products and have genuinely personal and caring sales and after sales care.
