I was really impressed with the fantastic service from Chris and the sales team. I've been searching for a new car for a while without luck, but when I visited Quality Part X, I found the perfect one. The team was quick to help, and everything was sorted out within a couple of hours. I highly recommend

Pretty disappointing overall.

Pre-sale customer service is good (obviously), but then they sold a faulty car and made the processes more stressful than needed.

After identifying the fault, my wife took the car to the garage for inspection but I explicitly asked them to diagnose but not work on the car until confirmed by me (policy holder). They ignored and attempted a fix, which didn’t solve the problem and were extremely rude to my wife on the day.

Having found the fault was not fixed despite them going ahead anyway, I decided to terminate the agreement, as is my rights within the initial cool off period. The staff were unprofessional in my opinion in handling the agreement rejection and made it as difficult as possible.

Ultimately, they have cheap cars which look good at surface level but there is a reason they sell below market rate - approach with extreme caution and avoid if possible.

Overall the customer service needs major attention as does the quality of the cars.

Felt like we were rushed but we hadn't made an appointment so could be why.
Few bits we are not happy with on car but havnt been in contact with them yet so will see how that goes

Everything went very smoothly and came away with car we'd paid a deposit on. Team were all very helpful and friendly. Only thing was we arrived at our appointment time but were left waiting for over 30 mins, a little uncertain if our arrival had been advised to the appropriate person.

I was terrified to even consider finance again as I dealt with a poor company only 2 months ago, but the ease and reassurance from these guys was just amazing! I spoke to Zain originally, top sales man, definitely twisted my arm into just going for it, but in the kindest possibly. And then Mo and Adam finalised everything after a 3 and half hour drive to collect my beautiful dream large family car. Couldn't thank these guys enough.

HI I brought a Ford Focus from Quality Part X LTD. I think the price I paid was very competitive. The staff were polite and informative and allowed me to have a test drive. The car was valeted before I drove away. I did find the staff slightly over enthusiastic when discussing ad on products to the vehicle however perhaps this is normal in the motor trade.

Had a great experience collecting my new car. Really pleased with the vehicle so far. Mo was very helpful and professional and he is an asset to your company. Many thanks.

I had a great time purchasing my new car, the whole journey was easy and smooth and the all the staff were brilliant! Would highly recommend!

I purchased a car through zuto and was due to collect on Tuesday as I was told the car was ready from last Saturday. I had booked a flight from Scotland to collect. On arrival on Tuesday the car was not ready, instead it had a faulty battery with some error codes shown. The car was also not clean. Although they tried to solve the situation, there are further issues which have appeared since driving back to Scotland. The computer interface is faulty and also I have a boot floor missing. The oil light is on and the level is below minimum which after been told it had a full service, i doubt it did. I have reached out to after sales but no response and they do not seem interested. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will be furthering my complaints to the appropriate services.

Went to view a car and decided to purchase, subject to the firm carrying out some cosmetic works, which was agreed upon and written on my £2000 deposit paperwork. Went to collect car on Sat 9th May and the cosmetic work had not been done. Hassan agreed to have the work done while we waited and would take a short time. I had to leave to go to work, so my wife and daughter waited for the vehicle. They were then informed there would be a half hour delay as there was an issue with the tracking. No idea why this hadn't been spotted earlier as the AA completed their 5 mile check the previous day. After a frustrating hour and half of waiting and being fobbed off, the car was finally handed over to my wife, without any proof of tracking being done. Unfortunately she was so frustrated with the delay she did not inspect the cosmetic dents and scratches. Once I saw the car the next day it was clear Quality Part X had not done any work on the cosmetic issue we agreed upon. So I contacted the firm and was told I had accepted the car and effectively I had already had a chance to not proceed with the purchase. Even though I had written proof the issue should have been completed prior to purchase. They offered to take the vehicle back for a few days to see if it was something they MAY POSSIBLY be able to sort out, but living 50 miles away and relying on having a car for everyday family use means I cant just leave it and manage without. This should have all been resolved without any need for any post-purchase back and forth. I eventually suggested they simply buy a colour match of Chipex and send to me and I'll just do a DIY repair, which I thought was a reasonable request, bearing in mind I paid the full asking price of £11,850 without any discount or added incentives. They have now blocked my emails. Very unsatisfactory and I'm now looking at officially rejecting the vehicle due to breach of contract.

Excellent service was able to drive away the same day.

great experience, good handover, only problem was no fuel in car when picked up like a normal handover but other than that all okay
