Great start to the process. I filled out the questionnaire and submitted it. The team reviewed the form, made updates and I am hoping it will be approved upon submission. Quick and professional feedback.

I needed specific language that would be accepted by the Culinary and Bartenders Pension Fund in Southern Nevada that I did not know. The final QDRO involved a local attorney and numerous correspondence back and forth with the Fund and local Family Court System. After reading the final product, many of the questions and answers necessary to complete my QDRO I would not have know how to ask or answer or direct you to answer in my behalf. I certainly needed help from someone who has local knowledge. I do not believe the general boiler plate language you provide would work in this instance as I did not know how to direct it. I have no knowledge how this might work in other jurisdictions.

Christine helped explain the process as she talked me through the online questions. She returned my calls and made it possible to be ready for their 9 point check in a matter of a couple of hours. Highly recommended. Do you do divorces too?

Phone calls returned , my memory is not doing well and they have been so patient with me helping me out with this process and making it simple , explaining over and over to me has to be frustrating but they walked me through the whole process and it was money well spent

My retirement plan is with the Federal Gov't so QDROs are not appropriate. You must use a Court Order Acceptable for Processing (COAP) with my Gov't Retirement Plan, which is slightly different from a QDRO.
There should be a Service Provider for COAPs. I think I will start one!

The first time I really got the help I was seeking is when I talked to a woman by the name of Desiree. Though I didn't get her last name, she really got me started on the right path of getting this settled. I've been trying since May of this year to get this money. I'm truly hoping I've got this QDRO filled out enough that I can get this accomplished sooner rather than later as I need it to live on.

The Q&A is easy to follow but I did have a few questions during the interview. When I rang the QdroDesk support number I got answered by a live person, not a machine which allowed me to complete the form quickly.
