Pyramyd AIR Arvostelua

First of all I have to tell you that I am in Canada, and was contemplating the purchase of a specific Air hand gun. Bad luck: Out of stock with all canadian suppliers. I found it with Pyramyd Air and a couple of other US retailers. None was willing to ship to Canada for the overcomplicated Canadian customs and laws. And on most canadian forums, people were advising against importing from the states because of these laws.
Fortunately Pyramyd Air would ship to Canada (Policy, limited to certain items of their inventory). Moreover their price was about 15% lower than the other retailers.
So I hesitantly placed an order.
In addition to the shipping fee, there were handling fees, which turned out to be in fact none else than the canadian customs duties and taxes.
Customer support was outstanding throughout, reassuring me that the item could be shipped, and that they would take care of everything till I receive the item.
And indeed, despite all the difficulties, incompetencies and mistakes that I encountered with that " 3 letter" carrying company, which also generally charges huge customs brokerage fees, Pyramyd Air staff stood by their promise and intervened immediately when I contacted them to solve and smooth out the problems.
After a few other mistakes of the carrier, I finally received the item well packed and as described, with no additional cost to me but what I had to pay when placing my order.
What else can one want?
I can not recommend enough this company and its staff and can not thank enough for their sales and customer support personnel (I will not give names, but they will recognize themselves) for their prompt and helpful responses and actions.

Quick processing and shipping of my order. Item was better than expected.

I expected the Fusion 2 to be way quieter than it is. That’s why I bought it.

You stated 2 day delivery. It is 5 days now and I still don't have the item.

Great company, great products

exactamente lo que pedi, muy bien presentado y muy rapido

Thank you customer support for your help with finding the right scope for my gun. I appreciate everyone who helped with this. Paul

Had my favorite pellets in stock at a great price. Easy online process. Shipped fast and expertly packed with plenty of cushioning.

Just reach out willing to explain everything

Parts arrived on time and correct. Thanks for your help.

Received my complete order in timely fashion. The Duke Colt revolver was as advertised, although I was mildly surprised at the quality (in a good way} of the gun. Shot well and the Co2 cartridge lasted quite a while. Very satisfied.

Only 5 stars because of the fact that 2 days passed after your shipment date and
UPS acknowledged receipt of my order.

Order shipped in timely manner, packaged well with no problems. All around excellent experience.

Arrived one day sooner than expected. One downside is I didn’t get a notification that it was delivered. I just happened to step outside to check on the weather and there it was. Surprise… Surprise!!!

Ordered on Saturday night, and recieved the products the following week, Thursday afternoon.

I couldn't have been happier about how the pellets were packed, but it was rather annoying that the order didn't arrive until Sunday when it was originally projected to arrive on Friday.

Items arrived in timely manner as advertised

Good selection. Easy to find what I'm looking for. My second purchase.

Greg was knowledgeable and helpful in describing the products

Quick shipping. I only wish they offered free shipping at $75 instead of $150 and sent out %20 coupon codes instead of %12
The ammo deal buy 3 get 1 free is good.
