Delivered the day after ordering. Helpful installation video on their website. Easy installation which I did on my own. Conservitory ceiling now insulated and looking great.

Ordered a load of stuff from Celplas and in doing so part of the order was slightly wrong( edging I ordered did'nt match the cladding size wise). Got a call before the order was dispatched and problem solved. Very impressive good customer tactics.

Items turned out to be very sensitive to sunlight, virtually destroying all my hard work fitting the panels. Cellplas said there was information about Not using the products where there was any sunlight on their website. I couldn't find it. They then called after I supplied photos of damaged panels. They said they would direct me to the area on their website that details how sensitive most of their products are to sunlight. They were not able to find the page. They also promised a partial refund - but that didn't happen. Not to be trusted, products are cheap and sub standard. Only use them in areas where there would be no UV light. My tests show wet panels to be even more sensitive and can turn black with 90 minutes of sunlight when wet.

Arrived next day both times I ordered and product was as expected

The ceiling panels arrived in perfect condition and within a few days of ordering. I have now completed the room and we are very pleased with the result. Unfortunately my wife now wants me to modernise the bathroom. I will definitely use Celplas for future projects.

My pvc cladding looks marvelous and was really easy to install - was delivered on time.
