Will never buy from this website again. Bought a jumper for my son $350, went off size chart and went one size bigger as wanted the jumper to last with the cost, jumper was a Christmas present was opened tried on and was way to small, emailed to be told they do not exchange and can offer a credit at 90.5%, not ideal but agreed to this, was asked to send pictures, which I did as it was put straight back in the bag when realised it didn’t fit, apparently a PUSHAS tag was missing, this was impossible as nothing was removed, after questioning human error on their behalf and ACCC and consumer rights rules they are now ignoring me.

Very disappointed with my purchase, I ordered an essentials crewneck. I wore the crewneck once for only a few hours and the letters already started peeling off. For such an expensive item, this level of quality is unacceptable. I removed the tags believing the item would hold up under normal wear, but because of this I was unable to exchange it. Extremely frustrating given the price and how little use it’s had.

We have purchased from them and they didn't supply the product, we have been going back and forth for months and they have't provided any solution to refund the order as stated, they didn't provide it. Extremely bad communication, lack of responses to email, no contact details. Major scam

Absolute scam selling damaged goods, took 2 months to reply and are refusing to replace a damaged labubu - money grabbers and the definition of scalpers, dont support these guys scamming and overcharging, never been so disgusted wtih customer service in my life, hope your ashamed to call this a company. criminals have more ethic

Never received my package. It said delivered but I never got a picture or anything. I checked everywhere and never found my package. When I contacted them they said I will get a new shipping number but I never received it. it’s been 2 weeks now and I keep getting emails about rating, instead of giving me a shipping number for my order . And what happend to my original order?.

Failed to deliver, but once contacted sent the order and received it within 2 days. Good customer service
