The purple lotus in waterford City is a beautiful shop with an amazing Atmosphere. The two ladies that work in there Sarah and Ingrida two beautiful souls they cannot do enough for me they make it a wonderful experience I would highly recommend it ❤️

Meticulous careful packaging and sent by courier- next day delivery.

One item in my basket wasn't available , I was politely texted, with an offer of full refund or a selection comparable.

I really appreciate the attention to detail , a note enclosed and a beautiful complimentary gift
