Purewell Electrical Arvostelua 

Customer service and the way I was spoken to was dreadful . Always thought of purewell electrical as a good company with good customer service . Seems that has changed greatly. Charged £49.99 for simply cancelling at 8.30am before it had even left the yard. An order less than 12 hours old ! With the way things are financially within the economy for people atm I’m very disappointed they felt the need to take this . Never again will I shop with them .

Prompt delivery,the heater thermostat is pointless does not work properly, also cannot connect to internet

We ordered a chest freezer because our old one stopped working and was full of our Christmas shopping. Purewell Electric delivered our new chest freezer within an hour of ordering- wonderful and friendly company- and competitive

The saleroom staff helpful and knowledgable, met my needs in a non pressurised atmospere. The showroom was clean and spacious and plenty of stock.
The staff behind the desk were polite and patient with me.The delivery and installation ( 13/12/22) went so smoothly and Grant & Dean so helpful, went above and beyond what they needed to do.Polite, respectful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The engineers that installed our Bosch Dishwaser were excellent, even cleaning out the existing drain.

Purewell's installation engineers were briliant. Before they installed our new Bosch dishwasher, the diagnosed a plumbing problem (drain pipe was missalligned and virtually blocked.) They cleaned and reset the drian pipe and connected up the appliance. The gave detailed instructions about the machine and demonstared and tested the install. Great service from a local company.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Purchased a fridge freezer, Ed's advice superb! Delivered on time and took away our old very large and heavy American Fridge freezer from our 2nd floor flat (without a lift!) by two delivery men who were both still smiling and happy when all done! A big thank you to all !!
