PureJewels Arvostelua

I purchased a 22 ct Gold Dragon chain. I’m very pleased with it, and have zero issues with the overall buying experience. On reflection - Pure Jewels came across as quite impressive. The individual I dealt with called Jay was very reassuring, and his weighted responses to all my queries were delivered with aplomb. He was your salesman’s salesman, and steered me expertly to a purchase.

I placed my order and needed it delivered before I left for holiday overseas. I'd had no despatch confirmation so contacted Pure Jewels to follow up. It seems my order hadn't been processed in good time but the team there leapt into action, got it prepared, despatched and delivered before I travelled.

Regarding the jewellery itself, there's a wide selection, good pricing and looks well made,

I have been buying gold bars from Pure Jewels for around a year now and have always experienced a high level of customer service. I receive regular updates from the minute I order. If the order is out of stock I get informed and have the choice to cancel or wait. Very understanding staff as I have a physical disability and sometimes struggle to communicate on the phone they are very patient and polite with me and this is the main reason I order from Pure Jewels.

What can I say about this company? from the time I rang them and placed the order, the service I received was impeccable, they made sure my items were sent well secured and the date I wanted, beautifully packed.

If you want to place an order with them please do so, for them customers are first, whether you are in the shop, on line, on chat or even on phone, service with a smile and promise is guaranteed.

Very easy to navigate the website, but difficult to choose what to buy amongst the beautiful selection of jewellery available. My niece loved her key pendant - an ideal 18th birthday present. Fantastic communications and speedy delivery. Highly recommended jewellers.

Each item is made with meticulous care, the designs are beautiful and unique. We'll worth the price. The service is outstanding and delivery was quick.

Bought a ring for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it, the sunrise alloy is beautiful and the service is great here, will be buying from here again

Great customer service - was looking for a specific pendant and the team were really helpful in capturing my vision of what I wanted. It was great to see the vision come to life as part of their wider collection and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Comms were helpful throughout the process and happy with their service overall. Highly recommend.
