I had a terrible experience with a very rude staff member at this gym, as well a very frustrating experience with their faulty app necessary to access the gym.
The app is used to scan into the gym and over the last 6 weeks at the gym it hardly worked. I was told by staff to keep re - downloading it which I did however it remained faulty. On many occasions I was locked out of the gym. I had to resort to buzzing the front door buzzer to be let in by staff. Most staff were good with this.
The last straw was when I encountered a very rude aggressive staff member when I buzzed in who put me thru a police style cross examination before any access which I did not appreciate. I told them so, left the gym and escalated the incident with management and quit the gym. Management cancelled my membership and promised to refund me the balance of my membership fees, as I paid up front, within 15 days. This time has passed and I am still waiting for my refund.
In business I was taught to respect the customer. It does not exist in this place.

These facilities are NOT a safe space. My friend was sexually harassed by a trainer and multiple of my queer friends have run into issues while using the changing rooms. Absolutely disgusting policies in place that encourage harassment within their spaces. Avoid at all costs for your saftey.

Got a reply within 24hours
It wasn’t straightforward at first, with quite a bit of back and forth with a bot, but I eventually got through to a real person. Once I did, my issue was dealt with efficiently and resolved, so overall I was pleased with the service.

Good atmosphere, I am able to get on all the equipment i want to use. Location suits where i live. Great spot, if you need to use Public transport.

Classes are great

Staff on hand if i need any help
Staff on hand if i need any help. But can get very busy. Sometimes i have gone to the gym and after 5 minutes. Not enough of prefered machines 😮💨

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. The Mash-up class was absolutely awesome!!
The PTs running the classes have great energy and make working out really fun! It really challenged me doing the mash-up class to launch the new timetable and I left buzzing.

It was my first time at the gym
It was my first time at the gym, and I really enjoyed it! There’s plenty of space and a great variety of equipment to train with. Even though I went during peak time, it wasn’t too crowded, which was a big plus. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💪
