I don’t think these guys are real. Ordered a jersey 15 days ago and still no tracking information or information about my order.
Emailed the so called 24/7 support, had a reply that is in progress but after 5 days still no update. Scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

First time ordering here and I’m very satisfied. The quality feels durable, the fit is comfortable, and the delivery time was reasonable.

I ordered a Liverpool shirt on 1st August, and as of 15th November, I’m still waiting for it to make its long-awaited debut. At this point, I doubt it will evwr arrive.

Five weeks after ordering, I emailed the company and was told it was “on its way.”
It wasn’t.

I later left a negative review here, and suddenly they were very responsive, asking me to remove it and assuring me I’d “put the wrong address” but that they’d kindly resend it “as a gesture of goodwill.”
Very noble.
Very pointless.
Still nothing arrived.

Every time I chased, I got another “it’s been dispatched” message but never once a tracking number that worked, or any sign of an actual parcel. The highlight was when they emailed me to say they were “glad to see it had been delivered.”
News to me.
I certainly didn't receive it.

They then promised to send yet another replacement.
To absolutely nobody's surprise… nothing arrived. Again.

It’s now been three and a half months, several rounds of déjà-vu emails, and not a single shirt in sight. This service has been worse than Liverpool's run of form since I ordered the top.

In my opinion, this has all the hallmarks of a scam - lots of polite emails, zero actual products. Save your money, save your sanity, and get your kit somewhere reputable.

If my shirt ever does turn up, I’ll happily update this review.
But I won’t be holding my breath.

Product was durable and nicely made, delivery was quick, website simple to use, and support team replied promptly.

Perfect sizing, soft material, and quick shipping. Everything worked perfectly from beginning to end. Truly happy with my first purchase.

Terrible keep saying it was coming and it never arrived... told me USPS said it was delivered 2 months later and it never showed... no refund no proof provided just said I was shit out of luck... straight scam save your money ..

As several reviewers mentioned already, I was very skeptical ordering from the site. I had ordered a wrong jersey but they were very generous in sending another one for free. This made my day. Thank you so much team. Had a great experience interacting with their support team.

I’ve honestly never experienced such an incompetent and dismissive level of customer service. My order with Pure Football Kits has been nothing short of a fiasco from start to finish — and that’s being polite.

After placing my order, I spent weeks chasing for updates with zero proactive communication from the company. When responses did eventually come through, they were contradictory, unprofessional, and outright dismissive. The same representative sent multiple emails that completely contradicted each other — one minute promising updates, the next blaming me for their own delivery failure.

The company’s handling of my issue has been appalling. Despite providing a clearly valid UK address (confirmed multiple times), they continue to hide behind “policy” excuses and the word of a courier — without a shred of proof of delivery or due diligence. Their attitude towards resolving a legitimate customer concern is shocking: defensive, rude, and completely devoid of accountability.

Any professional retailer would verify delivery issues properly or engage with the courier to resolve them. Instead, Pure Football Kits wash their hands of responsibility and appear to think this is acceptable customer care. It isn’t — not by UK consumer standards, not by basic ethics, and certainly not by the long-distance selling regulations they’re clearly unfamiliar with.

I’ve since had to raise a chargeback through my bank because reason and professionalism simply don’t exist within this company’s vocabulary.

Avoid this company at all costs. They’re unorganised, unresponsive, and utterly lacking in respect for paying customers. I would never recommend them to anyone — not even as a last resort.

Customer service/contact with this company is an absolute joke.

Ordered a LFC away top, took an age with useless tracking info, eventually it turned up. The only positive was the quality, very good indeed.

Unfortunately, the sizing wasn't great, large is a very slim fitting.

Not a problem we thought, we'll return this shirt and ask them to serve an XL upon receipt.

1st issue, they don't reply to any correspondence via email as that's the only contact info they give.
2nd, when they do reply, they ask for pics which we've sent, more than once but won't give a return address.
3rd, no matter how many times we choose this up and no matter how many times they reply to say they'll send out a replacement, it never arrives.
4th, numerous complaints with today's reply saying to provide our address for the replacement, jeez, how many times do PFK need a blooming address.

Basically, they've no intention of ever resolving an issue so if you do successfully receive a shirt, many haven't btw, please hope there's no issues with it as you'll never get it resolved and you'll waste your money and time trying to sort it.

If it was a £10 shirt, I'd not be bothered but this was £32 wasted. Yeah, a 3rd of the authentic shirt but still, losing £32 leaves a sour taste.

Quality exceeded expectations, delivery was prompt, and packaging neat. Overall, a smooth and satisfying first order experience.

Just like many I was super sceptical about using these guys but thought I’d take a punt with how much cheaper they were and I’m glad I did! I ordered 3 Liverpool shirts and the quality is unreal! They are on the smaller side so I recommend ordering 2 sizes up for an oversized fit. Yes the delivery takes nearly 2 weeks and the only reason why I haven’t given 5 stars is down to minimal communication once items have been dispatched but for the price you can’t knock them.
