The items were as described but they insist on using Evri, which is absolutely useless. The package was supposed to be here on Friday but didn't arrive, even though I had to wait in all afternoon. It is impossible to find out what is happening to a failed delivery with Evri, they have zero customer service. Package turned up 2 days later, it was left on the wet ground outside my front door, completely soaked through and split open. Delivery guy had rung the door bell and then immediately driven off. I won't use Pure Collection again because Evri can't be trusted.

Only part of my order has turned up either no explanation despite the money having been taken from my account. Very disappointing!

Nice clothes but seriously let down by an awful and completely unreliable delivery service ( pay for next day delivery and you are lucky to have the item in a week) and slow and unresponsive customer service team . A premium product should be accompanied by premium service

Sadly, my original order was not delivered to the correct address. I telephoned Pure and spoke to Rose who arranged for a second delivery to take place later this week. She was very helpful.

Poor communication between PURE and courier service. Incorrect information from customer service personnel. Items delivered after 2 weeks when I paid for next day delivery. Admittedly I was reimbursed for the delivery charge but only when I requested it. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Excellent service over the phone. Took trouble to find the best delivery service.

I have had nothing but good service from Pure. Easy phone ordering from helpful polite people. Beautiful products, that wash well …..

I have ordered a few jumpers from this company and been very satisfied with their service. Unfortunately I have had to return some but it was because they were too loose around the neck (I have lost weight recently.)They were very quick notifying me they had made my refund.

The parcel was delivered at 5.26pm and left by the gate next to the rubbish which was out for collection.I was only notified by e-mail which I didn’t pick up until 7am next day. Fortunately the rubbish hadn’t yet been collected or the soggy parcel would have gone too! Evri have in the past been unpredictably delayed with their deliveries (a week or two) I wouldn’t rate them as a delivery service.

Ordered a size too large and had to make a replacement. Second parcel was delivered in less than 24 hours from order! Amazing service! Well done PURE! Greatly appreciated.

Appalling customer service. I am so angry that calls promised are not returned and no-one seems to be able or interested in resolving a credit for a returned item.

I’m very disappointed. Yesterday I ordered two garments that were due in that same day. I was told that they would be dispatched today. Now I have just received an email saying the garments will not be dispatched until 10th October, that is in 10 days time!! I was given no apology or explanation.

The wrong item in the wrong colour was sent to me and I had to pay to send it back. Very disappointed.

Delighted to receive a refund on a sweater I returned as the high content of wool was causing an irritating rash to appear around my neck. Thank you very much

Your customer service is shocking, they are totally disinterested (the foreign speaking people who are difficult to understand) I wanted to cancel an order that it seems they couldn't be bothered to send, I had to give my name, address, and order number then they play music very loudly and disappear for 5 minutes, twice!!!!
Absolutely disgusting

I’ve purchased two cashmere crew neck cardigans at £150 each. First time I’ve ordered such a cardigan from them but the colour and quality was very good. I couldn’t order the pink as it was sold out so I went to M&S and their product was very poor and thin in comparison, if cheaper.

Because I wasn’t able to source the pink cardigan I looked on their sale page and found the cotton wool blend Milano Jacket in Pink. The quality is very good, sizing right and it will go with many summer/autumn dresses. I wish they’d had the blue in my size I would buy that as well.

Overall very pleased with my purchases.

The only issue and reason for 4 stars is customer service. I note others have mentioned this. I called wanting to know when stock of heather pink cashmere cardigan would be expected, to be given the complete run-around. Not how I remember them when I had to contact them a few years ago. Customer service needs to be sorted. This can make or break a business. It takes a lot to retain customers and in the three purchases I’ve spent £380 in a month. Converse to that - it only takes one bad experience for customers to turn away. No company can afford to lose customers like this. So Pure Collection - Be aware.

The item I ordered was nice enough. It was in the sale, but as a summer weight sweater it was much thicker than it looked on the photos. What I'm annoyed about is that I hadn't realised that although I've paid for delivery, I now have to pay for the return - so that's almost £10 for nothing. I will never order from this company again because of this. It's basically robbery. Something to be aware of if you ever decide to risk buying from this company.

the quality of the belgrave denim jeans is really poor -from the denim material to the design and shape of the jeans -i could get a much better pair at tesco and for a third of the price

The sizes are not reliable. The customer service is disinterested and unhelpful. Following an issue with a pair of their jeans which were much larger than the same Jean in the same size that I had bought at an earlier date and their refusal to pay for the return, I will not shop with them again.
