We are a small family run Beauty Salon from Lichfield in the Midlands and we have been selling Professionally Recommended Beauty Products Online in the UK for nearly 20 years. Our brands include some of the most popular, well known and well resepcted skincare and hair care products in the UK. These include Dermalogica, Elemis, Medik8, SkinCeuticals, Olpalex, L'Oreal, Color Wow and many, many more besides. We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers. We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.

Reliable and competitive

I only order my Dermalogica products from Pure Beauty as they carry an extensive range and prices are very competitive. Unless I run out, I wait until the product I want is on the weekly 25% off. I have been ordering from here for many years and always find this company very reliable.. If needed, customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. I especially love the free gifts that I receive as it gives me a chance to properly sample other products which I havent used before

Excellent range and great pricing

Excellent range and stocks of high-quality brands, and great delivery. The offers are always very competitive, and I've usually found my Medik8 products at the same price (if not lower) than some of the larger sites. It's an added bonus to be shopping with a family business too!

Very pleased overall

First time using this company to order Elemis shampoo which was on offer at a good price. Ordered at wkend and arrived Thursday, well packaged and in perfect condition. As well as being the best price at the time, I used this company as I like to support local independent businesses. If we don’t use them, we could lose them. Even thinking of booking in for an Elemis facial now. Thank you Pure Beauty for a positive experience.

Great communication

Great communication!

I noticed an offer hadn’t been applied to my order. I sent and email enquiry which was responded to next day and my order updated to include the offer.

All items ordered have been delivered within a good timescale.

Great products, great prices!

I have been using Pure Beauty for a good number of years, I started buying Dermalogica products as a client at the salon and then continued with online purchases. The prices are most competitive, and the service is quick and efficient. I also like to receive the free samples as a way to try different products. Thank you Pure Beauty.

Pure Beauty - pure brilliance ))))

I’ve been using Pure Beauty for a number of years now and they are consistantly very competitive in their pricing - especially for Dermalogica products

I’ve had cause to ring them about an order and they are an absolute delight to deal with - friendly, helpful and really personable

I would highly recommend Pure Beauty to everyone - great service, super fast postage, brilliant prices and freebies too!!
