JCB saftey trainers
JCB Trainers came the next day even after I cocked up the order by requesting collection from store. My ordering error was swiftly sorted out by Julie from the sales team and I received my goods to my home address instead. The price of the trainers was cheaper than buying direct from JCB.

Very poor customer service.
Placed an order online & received confirmation email but then heard nothing. Went to the shop to pick up the order over a week later but only part of the order there. Needed to return goods & when I did they informed me I would have to contact customer service to get a refund… contacted customer service to be informed this is not the case?? The counter staff had no idea on how the system worked & only seem to like dealing with men!

Ordered workwear on 13th of April because it said 5/7 delivery have only received half the order .Disappointed won't be ordering again.
