Booked online got to protyre and they tired to get me to go away and come back 1hr 30m later ! I’d booked the time slot for when I was free! Anyway long story short they finally agreed to do my alignment at my booked time after me insisting they do it at my appointment time, asked if they could also balance my front wheels at same time they said no! So drove to bathwick tyres and the balanced my wheels straight away they didn’t even charge me because of pro tyre not wanting to do it and apparently bathwick are part of pro tyre! The lads at bathwick where brilliant highly recommend them

When I arrived, staff were coping with a massive ICT failure, meaning all systems were offline and yet the chap on the desk was polite, friendly and helpful, and they still managed to get my car in for the booked slot.

I had the unfortunate experience of having a blow out in the M5.. I managed to get the space saver wheel on and drove to the nearest exit Gloucester. After a bit of internet searching Protyre was found, called and visited. The technician explained that he was stacked out with work but he would help us, but there may be a little wait. Seeing 4 customers sat waiting for their vehicles and then 2 further customers walk in to pick theirs up I was expecting to be a long time. The technician dealt with us as soon as he could and after an hour the new tyre that was a like for like tyre that had gone was fitted and I was driving away. Great service I wish I took note of the chaps name as he was Brilliant. He did say that his supervisor was on leave and he was stacked out with work. He deserves recognition for how busy but remained calm and polite under pressure. I usually use Protyre where I live so knew I could rely on a good brand outlet without getting ripped off.

Easy to book online mots. Good reminders via text. Welcoming and pleasant staff, all in all a good MOT and tyre company. I have used them for a few years now and the great service is pretty constant. Prices going up a bit but still worth paying a little extra ( but not too much extra)
