Just fantastic, Prospa is a must have finance tool in the self-employed armoury.

Not sure now. Initially all went well recommended for sure. Now, pack of crooks. 2nd email payment not successful $35.00 penalty. Funds in Bank Account covered diligently. I called 0800 number passed on to another person who hung up before I could answer. Tried emailing customer review got a reply Post Master Demon. I did check reviews before I applied comments were of similar nature. All the good reviews appear generic. Extremely concerning, Don’t trust Prospa.
15/03/2024 After expressing my concerns, I did receive an email from customer service. They did try to understand where the problem was. Had no problems after that. I settled the debt early. The positive side Prospa delivered the loan smoothly. After the glitche we can say had no problems.

They are tier 2 or 3 lender but behave like a tier 1 and their credit assessment team is useless doesn't understand difference in purchasing stock and expenses. What a waste of time did a Biz cap application approved with 5 hours.

Extremely quick and efficient as everything was sorted within 24 hours of a simple enquiry made. Informative and helpful. Very understanding of diverse financial situations. I'm very happy with the service of these people.

I dealt with a few people in the set-up of this facility, they were all very efficient, polite and prompt. Things were set-up very quickly, everything explained well, and when I had trouble signing online, help was there immediately. Great Job!

I requested $30k but was approved $18k. This was disappointing. Our small business has produced consistent profit for 3 years so we would not enter into any commitment we would not either service or repay. My contact person was always friendly and honest regarding the matter, thankyou Ilia. I know dissolving our family trusts complicated things & was drawn out due to many unforeseen delays, but we reached the end goal - nearly.

Fast, simple process

Really reluctant to use this facility. The interest rate is extraordinarily high for a loan with a personal guarantee. Cheaper to use credit cards for short term credit.
Will need to review Prospa as a provider.
