Read reviews were below average. Bought anyway for my love who is in the hospital. They were supposed to be delivered. They said they delivered them. But they never arrived. Now I have to call Visa. This place got 56/100 online I just read. Boy was I stupid.

Big dissapointment
Dont waste your time and money here. I orderd something for my girlfriend and they send her something else without my consent when i told them about this they did exactly the same with another item. Store owner called me to resolve the problem but the delivery man was already on his way. Also they didnt deliver on the right time so they even waster there own time. Please dont was your time and money here. Bad company🤢🤮
Edit: the note that i left wasnt right, after i submitted it i asked to change it and they said it was ok but they just left the first note that i gave them.

DON'T BUY
Hello,
I am writing to you just to give you a piece of my mind.
I have ordered yesterday a flower bouquet for my wife that I haven't seen in 14 months due to the pandemic.
And today she received the flowers in a state of decomposition. This is not acceptable especially knowing what they charge!!!!
I will never again use their services anymore and I would not recommend them to anyone. This is an important day and they have no excuse!

Wonderful, definitely recommend
I recently bought flower and cake for my mother. They have excellent customer service and willingly go extra miles to find what you are looking for. As an Indonesian living abroad, I would definitely recommend Probunga. Not only they provide excellent service and beautiful flowers, they also will take extra steps to provide a good communication throughout the whole process. I am very thankful and delighted when they sent me a picture of the items to be delivered.

A great service for Flower Delivery
I recently ordered a bouquet from here and it was delivered the next day, very good quality for the price. I couldnt find any other reviews about it which made me skeptical but the staff were very helpful via whatsapp and in the end i was a very satisfied customer.
