I ordered an Epson printer 10am, it was delivered same day by 5pm by the Sydney courier. And the price was great too...

This is I think the fastest delivery by post I have ever encountered! I ordered Samsung toner yesterday at 2:20pm and it was received, installed and printing by 8:40am this morning! Also I trawled online for the best price for about 2 days & Printzone was the absolute cheapest!

Placed my order with Printzone on a Saturday and delivered to my home in DARWIN by following Tuesday.
Incredibly fast delivery all the way to the Northern Territory!

It has been ridiculously difficult to track down the Epson printer cartridges we need, but finally I managed to find them on Printzone at a reasonable price. I ordered in the evening and it arrived in less than two days, covid notwithstanding. I'm very impressed with the fast delivery and the product quality. Thanks Printzone!

I have been using Printzone for a few years now and they always deliver very promptly with my ink cartridge orders.
Last week I had the need to purchase a new printer (old one 'packed it in') & I spoke with Julio for a recommendation. For my home needs I was recommended a certain Canon printer which I purchased along with new ink cartridges, delivery on the same day as I order it. Well done on great service once again. Why would I or anyone do this type of business with any other organization other than Printzone.

I ordered drum unit at 1pm. I was informed drum unit was out of stock at 2pm. At 4pm I received confirmation the drum unit was dispatched, and on my desk by 8am the next morning. If that isn't great service I don't know what is. Thanks Team1@printzone. One happy customer.

confusion now sorted

Ridiculously slow.
We ordered our printer & ink sets over 1 month ago.
After enquiring about delivery two weeks later, we were told they were waiting on stock. Thanks for letting us know at the time of purchase.
The delivery was due at end of April 2020.
It's now Mid May, with no update along the way from Printzone.
Poor communication, poor service overall.
Can't recommend them unfortunately.
Looks elsewhere or go to a store.
Finally, when you go to post a review, they force you to join up to their email, which is actually not allowed In Australia.

Have not used this company or there products before but only way I could make a comment was to nominate star review so please ignore that. I get awfully nervous about reviews that predominantly focus on delivery time and service with very little reference to quality of the product.
