Paid and item never sent - claimed back via credit card. They sent a tracking number but it was never dropped at the post office. AVOID!

I cancelled my order on the same evening I purchased the product and sent you an email. I then sent more emails saying I had cancelled the order and please do not send it, however you still sent it and I have asked you to please arrange to collect the product and let me know when you are going to send someone to my address so that I will make sure I am in.

Do not order from Wowcher.
I ordered a mystery box - nothing arrived. When I queried it Wowcher blame Price Outlet. And Price Outlet ask numerous questions about my order as they 'can't find it'.

Then they disappear. They rely on you simply giving up or forgetting.

Order in October - still chasing in February for a response.

Ordered a bundle via wowcher, tried to return it following the return guidance. No response from this company to numerous emails and no refund so far. Really poor customer service avoid if you can

I'm still waiting for my order. I received one parcel with 2 days but still waiting for another which was meant to be sent 24hrs tracked by Royal Mail. I have emailed you twice with no reply.

Bought 2 mystery boxes from Wowcher. One box arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. The other kept saying that Royal Mail was expecting it. I emailed them and after a little back and forth they resent the other box and it arrived this morning.

Ordered a mystery box via Wowcher and was expecting delivery 6 days ago. I’ve had no correspondence to update me on my order even after emailing to ask where my parcel is. Royal Mail have still not received the parcel from price outlet!
Awful customer service - beginning to think this is a scam and I’ll be contacting Wowcher to let them know too

Awaiting delivery for an England Cricket shirt bundle. This is now 8 days overdue for delivery despite having an email on the 3rd September to say it's "on it's way". Royal Mail are yet to receive the parcel. No response to my email chasing this up 7 days ago.

Do not order from this company items do not arrive and the majority of sweaty Betty items that did arrive had holes and snags in!!!! Customer services do not get back to you.

Awful!!!! Do not waste your money!!!!

I ordered from Wowcher, a Sweaty Betty mystery top box and another Sweaty Betty mystery bottoms box. I received quicker than expected, and happy with what I received, all wearable. I would class some the items as seconds, a few snags and a small hole in 1 pair of leggings, but all easily fixable. 1 pair of the power leggings are still on Sweaty Betty website for £80!
I got 3 pairs of leggings (1 full length powers, 1 x super soft 7/8th length, 1 x sculpt 7/8th, and some ribbed flared black pants). In the tops, I got a swimsuit, 2x vests and a body suit. Unbelievable value!

Same as other complaints. Ordered a Sweaty Betty muster box and order wasn’t delivered by the date outlined. I have sent 2 emails with no response.

Update:

The company has emailed me today apologising for the delay of service due to a backlog. My product has been shipped and a tracking number provided. Very please to have this resolved.

Clearly a scam, ordered through Wowcher on 19th Jan, advised my order had been dispatched on 20th Jan. Royal Mail tracking says they are still waiting for the parcel. Multiple emails to Price Outlet, multiple emails to Wowcher and they are refusing to refund me. Will be requesting money back from bank and reporting as scam.

Ordered a Sweaty Betty mystery box 10/1, order was never sent. Emails go unanswered and claim it's a Royal Mail problem (the one time that they did actually reply).

Gave in and raised a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

Avoid!

Ordered sweaty Betty mystery boxes household has three outstanding two of which were due 17 th of Jan . Have tried email states server down tried telephone states number not in use .
