Went to the Prezzo just off of Bristol city centre for an early evening meal before going to a show. The servers were very good, friendly and polite. My friend & I both had the chicken carbonara al forno which was tasty. The letdown was the dessert. I ordered a strawberry shortcake sundae, which claimed to include (obviously) strawberry, shortcake, ice cream & topped with cream & a cherry. What materialised was actually 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream with some squirty cream on top. Hardly qualifying as a ‘sundae’ & certainly not worth the £8 price tag. I mentioned it to one of the staff and they came back a few minutes later with a piece of shortcake & a strawberry!

Prezzo Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port. Perfect meal, pleasant surroundings, excellent and rapid service from both Klaudia and Rachel. Highly recommended.

Cheltenham. We were not allowed to sit on the outside pavement with our small dog. How bad - it's the pavement!!!
Will never use them with this attitude.

We have been visiting Prezzo mainly Staines upon Thames however we went to Kingston upon Thames today and it was outstanding so happy we visited it the greeting we received was very warm and welcoming.
I believe the manager served us and is from hungry but I forgot her name but she was very funny and very beautiful as well .
Very attentive service and as always fabulous food .
Highly recommend the calamari and lasagna or the lobster and crab ravioli wow 🤩.
See you guys again very soon .

If you have an Allergy, consider this, when going out to PREZZO!
I had last Tuesday dinner with my wife in Crawley’s PREZZO.
My wife has a severe Fish and Seafood Allergy. We wanted to order our meals, when the manager made us of the following aware:
Your wife can’t have the following The Mozzarella Sticks, the Garlic Chicken Pastacini, the Ham & Mozzarella Pastacini, the Milanese Chicken Breast, oh and by the way the House Fries, as well !
You may ask yourself: Why? She explained all the above items are fried in the same deep-fryer oil as the Calamari and anything else.
I asked if they do not have separate fryers for Fish or Vegetable items, as about 3 months ago anymore, and she answered “No”, lots of things have changed since then.
They also offer now “High Tea” in the afternoon, which includes Doughnuts and Pastacinis, which all are deep-fried in the same oil as the Calamari!

We were gifted a Red Letter Day 3 course meal voucher for two and went to Kings Lynn Prezzo as lovely sitting outside in the sunshine. I made the waitress aware on entering and was given the 'special' menu with no prices only add ons if required. It was so limited and very little choice but a gift so okay.
We picked our food and it was nice and tasty and no complaints.
As we had ordered a bottle of water we asked for the bill to pay for this and were astounded when told we owe £27.95 as our voucher was only worth £50.00 I tried to explain as clearly shown on my print out that this was for a 3 course meal but the manager was having none of it and what should have been a lovely gift turned into a nightmare. Each item had been charged individually on the bill and I said why would I choose the uncosted 'special' menu if the voucher was only for £50 as I was ordering blind with no prices. After a slightly heated discussion the manager agreed we did not have to pay but when we got home I checked this out and could clearly see she had entered the voucher incorrectly against individual items instead of the set menu.
Please be warned if you have a Red Letter Gift choose another restaurant as this just ruins your gift and makes you feel like a thief when their staff need better training. I will NEVER return!

Had a lovely family meal at Prezzo Gainsborough. Staff were excellent as was the food. Overall a very relaxed enjoyable meal. Our main waiter was Jack, however all the staff were great.

Disappointing meal at Prezzo in Nottingham, not what we were expecting at all.
It’s my Birthday today and my son bought a voucher from Red Letter days…. Big mistake!
Read Prezzo menu online before travelling all the way to Nottingham (the closest one to us)
But once there when I mentioned the voucher the menu was snatched away and a very, very limited one given in it place.
The waitress was blaming Red Letter days but I’m afraid Prezzo have set the voucher menu so they need to take responsibility for it!
I asked for a lasagna and asked if I could pay the difference but was told I’d have to pay the full menu price and forfeit my voucher main meal.
So Prezzo you are really conning customers agreeing to be part of Red Letter day vouchers.
Total scam!
We only had one starter but we’re told the other one had to show on the bill that we didn’t have, scam two!
Won’t be visiting Prezzo again and will be telling my very large family and friends not to bother either.
The only nice part of the meal was the Tiramisu, even the dipping doughnuts were like cannonballs, had better doughnuts from our local funfair.
If a restaurant can’t cook doughnuts it’s a poor show.
Prezzo you need to sort yourselves out and maybe then we wouldn’t have been the only customers in the restaurant!

We would like to compliment Penelope for the outstanding service she consistently provides. She works incredibly hard and always remains friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, even during the busiest periods. As regular customers, we truly appreciate the effort and care she puts into making every visit enjoyable.
The food is always excellent, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is absolutely spot on every single time. Penelope is a real credit to the team and her dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you for always creating such a positive experience for your customers.

Went to Portsolent for a birthday meal. We sat at a table against a wall with a metal grate and the wall was covered in marks, food and god knows what! Luckily we had a voucher which dropped the bill down as food was disappointing for the prices but... could of been worse. Overall not the best meal. Staff were friendly so tipped them.

Visited Prezzo as a birthday dinner and was left waiting to be served for 1 hour and a half. Everybody was starving and tired.
No apologies for the waiting time. At the end of our dinner we were asked to leave a service charge which we declined.

We recently visited Prezzo as a family group of six. This was our first visit in a very long time due to a previous experience where, despite clearly stating an allergy, I was served food containing the allergen and informed that the alternative option was unavailable. We had hoped standards and service would have improved since then; unfortunately, this was not the case.

During our visit, we ordered our meals along with side dishes. While the main meals arrived, one person’s side order was missing. After enquiring, we were informed that it had been forgotten and was being prepared and would arrive shortly. However, after waiting a further 15 minutes, the fries still had not arrived. At this point, we asked the manager to cancel the item, as the individual had already finished their meal and no longer wanted the side on its own. We were assured it would be removed from the bill.

When the bill arrived, we noticed the fries had still been charged. We politely asked the waitress for the item to be removed, at which point she snatched the receipt from my sister’s hand and responded sharply, saying, “I know you didn’t have them.”

The total bill for the six of us exceeded £200 and included a service charge of over £20, which we did not feel reflected the level of service or overall experience we received.

It is disappointing that, with the closure of the other restaurant in the complex, Prezzo now effectively has a monopoly in the area, yet the standard of service does not meet expectations.

We booked for 6pm on the 99p menu offer at Port Solent Prezzo. Now we appreciate that it may be busy due to the offer, however when we arrived at 5:50pm there was a queue of around 15 people in front of us. Looking in the restaurant there were plenty of empty seats and tables but clearly not enough staff to clear them of the previous diners empty plates and glasses. We eventually got to sit down at 6:25pm and were given the set menu choices. We both ordered from this 2 x pasta dishes and a garlic bread. Our drinks were brought swiftly and we sat and waited for our dinner...and waited and waited... People that had come in after us were brought their food which they ate and left...and still we waited. At approximately 7:20 I asked the waitress if our food might be coming soon and was told in a blunt manner that due to them being exceptionally busy there is a long wait. I said I appreciated that they were busy but pointed out that people had come in after us and eaten and left...only to be told that it's just the way it is and it depends on what they ordered as to who gets served first. Seeing as it was a set choice menu, I couldn't really see the logic in this. We paid for our drinks and left, without eating, over 90 minutes after our original booking time. I appreciate it is a 99p meal offer and some people may say I am out of order for complaining, however my complaint is centred around the fact that if they put these offers on, the restaurants should then be able to cope with demand. Unfortunately despite using this restaurant frequently (for full price meals) we have decided that this will be our last visit

Unfortunately, our experience with Prezzo in Bury St Edmunds was disappointing overall.

To begin with, the booking process itself was a nightmare. We booked through Buyagift, and when issues arose, their webchat was extremely frustrating. There was no sensible or productive conversation – it just went around in circles without resolving anything, which immediately set a negative tone for the experience.

The afternoon tea at Prezzo was average at best. On the positive side, the Garlic Chicken and Ham & Mozzarella Pastacini were tasty, and the range of focaccia sandwiches was nice and enjoyable.
However, the biggest let‑down was the sweet treats, which are meant to be a key part of the afternoon tea. According to the description, this should include cream‑filled profiteroles and mini sugared doughnuts with a pouring sauce. Instead, we were served six sad, tasteless, stale doughnuts, with no sauce at all and no profiteroles. We weren’t even informed of the missing items – it was only after we questioned it that we were told they had run out.

Overall, while some of the savoury items were decent, the combination of a poor booking experience, lack of communication, and an incomplete afternoon tea meant this visit didn’t live up to expectations. Sadly, it felt overpriced for what was actually delivered.

First time I've been here since renovations - service was good, staff are young and enthusiastic - however food left a lot to be desired. Margarita pizza ok, calamari ok, but the chicken carbonara was dreadful as was the chicken milanese. Both the latter dishes had chicken that was processed and pre prepared - ie bought in and then fried. No flavour, not good on the eye and rubbery. Found this to be presentation over substance. Food not as good as before renovations, but much more expensive!! If they hadn't refunded the cost of the chicken milanese cost would have been over £100. Won't be back!!!

Orlando and Grace at Romsey Prezzos were amazing and Orlando gave us two puddings on the house for our friends birthday! Such a fun night, such a generous restaurant and food was delicious

Our meals were average. Too much rich sauce on mushroom ravioli. No green accompaniment which made it very samey, uninspiring.The fish pasta did not have enough sauce and too much rocket. Thank goodness we had a 40% off voucher otherwise it would have been very poor value for money.

Online customer service is shocking. Had a negative experience at the Trowbridge restaurant and have complained by email. Following this and after no response, I also complained using the online form. I still have no response. Trowbridge staff would not honour my 50% food discount which I received by email and was still valid. That discount was partly why we booked there. We feel extremely let down and if this is the sort of service that we can now expect from Prezzo then we won't be eating at their restaurants again
