Pretty Suds UK Arvostelua 

I placed my order for the Stay at Home bundle on the 5th April and it arrives the following week.

The bundle was full of lovely homemade bath products which are lovely for a bath lovely especially in our very stressful climate.

I received a second delivery today (2nd May) in error so I reached out to the owners via Instagram to explain the issue and offered to return the parcel.

They said “no”.

There only request was that I pass the bundle on to somebody else who would appreciate the products and hopefully add some sunshine into their day.

Over the moon with both my orders, ordered 3 bath bombs the first time to try them and then went and ordered an egg box each for me and my mum! The smell is absolutely amazing, your skin feels beautiful after a bath. My dogs absolutely love them aswel, everytime the delivery has come they’ve been pawing and sniffing non stop at the boxes! Next step doggy friendly bath bombs haha

Just received my Monthly subscription box In the post today and it’s just exactly the treat that everyone needs whilst in lock down. The bath bombs are beautiful and smell amazing. On top of all of this the customer service received is amazing. Thank you for working through this difficult time to put a smile on so many peoples faces. Best Bath Bombs ever!
I'm a sucker for a good bath bomb and have struggled to find some that don't irritate my sensitive skin and still smell nice. I saw Pretty Suds on Instagram and thought I'd give them a try. Safe to say I'm really pleased, even though my kids pinched 4 out of the 5 in my subscription box 🤣 They smell lovely, haven't irritated my skin and best of all they're so colourful and fun for the kids to use too!
Looking forward to my next month's box!

Found this company on Instagram and had to order the subscription box, just received my first one and it's brilliant. I got the one with the wee rainbow clouds.
Lovely smells, colours and is okay with my sensitive skin.
Really pleased, as I live in the Shetland Islands and theres nowhere locally to buy exciting bath bombs!

All lovely bright colours and packaged beautifully, the hand sanitisers are just lush! Nothing like high streets well worth the money!!

Delivery took a little longer than expected, but it's a busy time and the whole world is feeling it.

I really love the products (sunny side up egg box x3). My kids love them too. Lovely scents and vibrant colours.

What a great little local business. Helping with the increased need for hand sanitizer due to covid-19, selling at cost and even free posting with offers they have. Very happy with purchase arrived in good time and the quality is fab, I even got a free bath bomb! Will definitely be purchasing more, carry on the good work guys!

I saw an advert so decided to make an order. Once I ordered I wanted to add something else on - the company let me cancel and reorder (I didn’t want to do two lots of postage!). Received my order today and I really love everything and can’t wait to use it. I also love the packaging as lots of things are reusable or recyclable. I’ve ordered a subscription box and can’t wait!

This company represents all the drawbacks of small businesses and it's a real shame. I try to shop small as much as possible, but this experience has made me regret that for this sector. Their customer service is like pulling teeth, their delivery times are random and they have inconsistent, infrequent communication. They're shady and non-transparent and come up with lies rather than honestly communicating about the struggles they're facing.

Edit: Businesses owner contacted me via social media saying I had no compassion for posting this review. Check the other negative reviews on this site, it looks like deleting, lying about and ignoring negative public comments is their MO. Really wish I'd checked TrustPilot before ordering and saved myself a lot of stress.

Timeline of my order:

23.03.2020 Ordered. Only needed hand sanitizer (which, good for them, they are selling at cost) but made a large, expensive purchase of multiple items in order to support a small business doing something good. Was expecting the stated couple of days turnaround time as they were posting and advertising as normal and had not mentioned delays.
29.03.2020 Contacted via Instagram about delays, was told there were delays of about a day. Asked when mine would be sent, received no reply.
30.03.2020 Asked again via instagram, and also emailed their customer service address. No reply.
31.03.2020 Contacted again via instagram. Received a reply claiming it had been sent (the owner's partner "remembered" sending it), but the courier hadn't given a tracking detail and they couldn't prove it. Promised that it would be sent out the next day by 24 hour delivery and I would get a Parcelforce email.
01.04.2020 No Parcelforce email.
02.04.2020 Contacted via Instagram, got an automated response and then no reply.
03.04.2020 Tried calling, phone call ignored. Contacted again via instagram while the account showed online, and was ignored. Commented publicly on a post, instant DM and comment deleted! Immediately said she'd process a refund, but sent a long guilt tripping response that contradicted her previous promises. Apparently it's my fault because I placed a high value order! Although that was no problem when she promised to send it next day! I said I wish she'd just been upfront that it was hard to fulfill initially and wished her luck. She again guilt tripped. I asked her refund processing time. She guilt tripped and didn't answer. I asked twice more and she continued not to answer. I have filed an inquiry with American Express, my credit card company.

This is the first time i have ordered from Pretty Suds UK and i have already placed a 2nd order. the smell form the Sunny Side Up Boxes are incredible. The colours of each bath bomb are unreal. now that i have 3 boxes I am currently going to be dropping some off in care packages to some family and friends, so they can also enjoy a relaxing bath during lockdown.
I am looking forward to receiving my second order of wax melts and anti bacterial spray. Also hoping to subscribe the monthly bath bomb box after i have used the ones from this order.

The Most Beautiful bath bombs I’ve ever seen, how I wish I was able to attach photos to this review, they smell absolutely amazing and they are massive! Absolute perfect customer service and I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you so much❤️

Monthly subscription box of beautifully coloured, beautifully scented and uniquely shaped bath bombs; what is not to love! I get them for my sons and the day they arrive is like Christmas in my house! I absolutely adore Pretty Suds and my sons do too
