Pray you don't need assistence
They get 2 Stars instead of 1 only cause another friend of mine actually received the stickers but mine got lost by UPS on January 29th and to this date (February 16th) they still haven't even shipped the new package.
I contacted them for the first time on "Wed, Feb 4, 11:53 PM" asking for news since the package was clearly stuck, then on the 6th again and they finally replied on the 9th! That is a response time somewhere inbetween 3 to 5 days, already way outside the 24h promised on the website.
Anyways, things get busy and I would have accepted it if they at least did what they said, which is (quoting an email from Feb 9th):
"Thank you for reaching out and I apologise for my late reply,
It looks like they are lost, I have sent them to be reprinted and reshipped.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and that you might not have them in time for your event. When UPS loses a package it is out of our control and the only thing we can do is basically to reprint them.
Hopefully we'll be able to ship them before the weekend."
I replied asking if I could pay for a faster shipping method and they said this on February 11th
"They are being reprinted as quickly as possible with top priority. Hopefully we can ship them tomorrow. We will ship them with UPS Express, you will not have to pay anything extra for this."
They were not shipped neither the 12th nor the end of the week (13th).
This order was placed on January 18th (a Sunday).
TL;DR: It's ok if nothing happens, but the moment it does you're better off re-buying the stickers from another company. Buy at your own risk and at least 2 month ahead
