We came to Tampa for vacation and visited the Premium Outlets in Lutz, FL. There are so many stores, but there's nothing worth buying! The quality of the goods in these stores is inferior—95% of the clothes are made of polyester. I want high-quality pieces crafted from cotton, linen, and other natural fabrics! I can't even find regular cotton socks!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. This company should be shut down because they are frauds! As for Poland, I confirm that the company is cheating people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING! They deceive people! They send empty packages or other items that are completely different from what was ordered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE if you don't want to be cheated!

Scam!I’ve ordered Adidas shoes for 50€ and got some Chinese brand no names for 1€,the store is not existing anymore,so I think they blocked my ip so I cannot log into it again. Highly not recommending this scam

thieves scammers instead of perfume sent me 2 boxes of glue for the cost of buying perfume £ 130

Order still not received after 2 months. Emailed them but no response from them. Already took £132 out my account but no parcel. Tracking number provided doesn’t exist. Fake store. Be very careful!!!

good luck if your purchase falls apart after 30 days. They don't stand behind anything, may also be knock offs.

BEWARE! You may want to steer clear of Premium Outlets. I tried to return an item that appeared to be worn and used. I was told all sales are final and returns are not allowed. There was nothing on the webpage that indicated this was a final sale. I filed a complaint with my financial institution who ruled in my favor and refunded me. There are numerous consumer complaints on the Better Business Bureau website regarding this company.

Fast delivery and legit product!

I ordered a women's Adidas Bayern jersey and the ordering process was quick. Delivery was quick, via FedEx and arrived within a week. The product was packaged and tags included, in brand new condition. Great experience!

Papucei Sandals: decided to risk it and ordered some sandals. The price was great. I received the sandals timely, they are the real deal. I can say one sandal was slightly looser on my foot, perhaps why they were at an outlet. But I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.

Horrible!!!! Didn’t deliver my package. Didn’t respond on my emails for a while and when they did - no help at all. NEVER purchase anything from them.

100% SCAM COMPANY, tracking shown is a scam and product shows as arrived when we all know it hasn’t. Don’t waste your money!!! Non business email for ‘support’ is sent to you after you order and then obviously they don’t respond when you contact it.

Ordered a pair of trainers , which never arrived, tracking said it delivered them but I received nothing. Emailed them direct only to be told it’s a post office issue and to contact my nearest post office.

Do not use this site, you’ll be left disappointed like me !!

Awful like everyone said in previous reviews. Shipping of my order was delayed by over a week. I asked for cancelation of order since I was traveling, it was rejected. The order was sent anyway and it was lost since I was gone for more than 2 weeks. Upon contacting customer service they refused to help and didn’t offer any resolution. I will never ever return to Shop Premium Outlet as a customer since the employees are lazy to ship and process requests. I’m out of $700+ and never received the item. Worst company ever!

I ordered some shoes and purchased the guarantee delivery. They said the item shipped but never sent a tracking number. Then they cancelled my order two weeks later.

Ordered two shirts. Received one that I ordered plus one that was incorrect. Customer service emailed me a few times but there was no resolution. Now they just ignore my emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Be careful when you buy with this company. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes,I had to follow up to check out the status of the order. A day later I got an email with a confirmation delivery date that the order was shipped. Two days letter I received another email stating that the order was canceled. Below is the email I received:

Order SPO245058038 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order.
This shouldn’t be the customer problem especially if my order was shipped. No need to lie to the customers. Can I get a resolution.

I was skeptical after seeing poor reviews on Trustpilot, but my experience with premium outlets has been very smooth. I ordered something from Adidas and it came faster than expected. I think it matters who sells and ships the item. In my case, the item was shipped and sold by Adidas.
I also think if you have a premium outlet mall nearby you can just go and communicate any issue with your item rather than waiting and getting no response.

Ordered 2 Euro pillow shams. Was mailed one Euro and one standard. Since no phone is listed on their site, I followed their policy and sent them an email and a photograph of the problem. Customer service is basically non-existent. They did not respond with resolution to emails, and do not provide a telephone # with live service. Their “Chat” service is a joke.

Less than 1 star. Items never arrived. Order was placed 4/3/2024. They say were delivered April 27, but my doorbell camera shows no deliveries on or around that date. Their solution was to refund half my money because “their shipping costs are quite high and they had a loss too”. Interesting that they did not offer to resend a new order…Total Scam. Beware! When you click on their ‘review my order’ or ‘go to website’ from their email confirmation, it says ‘site can’t be reached’.
I also feel like their tracking system is fake.
