Premier Solicitors Arvostelua

I am a co-executor together with Premier Solicitors, Bedford. My emails to them goes into a black hole. I am on the 2nd probate solicitor now and this probate is still dragging on.
The deceased passed away in 2023, most of the beneficiaries live abroad with the exception of 1 or maybe 2 beneficiaries.
I am treated as a number and the current solicitor Faiza, never respond on time.
She and her line manager Gary is now asking for the impossible, either use Finders International or passports (to which some of the beneficiaries do not have). This leads me to think that there is an ulterior motive to these roadblocks - over charging, lack of duty of care towards the clients and lack of transparency.
I am an MLRO, therefore, I am well acquainted with the ML regulations. Under FATF rules, national identifications from countries such as Malaysia and Singapore can be relied on, therefore, Premier should be flexible. Look at the % passports holders in UK itself or % of drivers in UK that holds a driving license from the DVLA.
Premier and their probate solicitors are extremely arrogant. The last time I checked, Singapore and Malaysia are just part of the Commonwealth and aren't under the British rule.
Overnight update from solicitor no 3 - Shirin Wright and she is asking for death certificates and other paperwork that has been previously sent to Faiza. This is an utter disgrace.

Alison Howell was the solicitor that handled the estate of my late brother. During this difficult time, Alison was very supportive, gave us guidance through the whole process, was happy to be contacted and easy to contact. At all times Alison was professional, direct and offered her reassurance regarding a lengthy process. Her warmth was very personable and compassionate at such a difficult time.

Request was dealt with efficiently and the steps in the process were clear. Melba managed the whole process for Premier Solicitors really well. Thanks for the support.

My experience with premier solicitor has been seamless! Millie has been absolutely incredible from beginning to end ! I would highly recommend her and the entire team.

For the first time buyers like us, I would highly recommend to use Premier Solicitors. From the beginning of purchasing our new home until today, when are about to receive our new keys Premier Solicitors have been very supportive. Communication have been very thorough and everything was explained very clearly to us and in a timely manner.
Thank you Syla and the rest of the team for your hard work and support.

We had an excellent experience with Premier solicitors throughout our Right to Buy purchase. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, responded promptly to our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward.

Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our purchase was completed smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor. Thank you again for helping us become a homeowner!

Very very happy with the team.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very responsive and complete all the process on time.

Jayleigh was so helpful and efficient. Never used a service so brilliant would absolutely recommend. Great company thank you so much!

If anyone is a first time buyer and is looking for a solicitor, then I cannot recommend Jayleigh enough.

Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept up to date with what was happening. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped as a first-time buyer.

She was professional, efficient and supportive from start to finish. Thanks to her hard work, my purchase completed smoothly, and I couldn't be happier.

Premier handled the sale of my house superbly. They also tried everything they could to get my first purchase over the line (a process that showed that not every solicitor is anything like as competent as they are) before smoothly completing my second attempt. In both cases, Syla was brilliant to deal with and a great help at a very stressful time. I don't intend to move again in a very long time but if I do, I'll happily use Premier again.

I encountered a probate issue and Premier Solicitors was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I will definitely recommend their services and use them in the Future.

yashodra and nithmi really saved the sale last minute! thank you so much

I dealt with Jayleigh throughout my flat purchase. Any queries were always dealt with promptly and efficiently and the team were nothing but helpful during the entire process. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Very pleased with their service, excellent staff. Easy to communicate with and simple instructions to understand.
Highly recommended. Serena and Joshua thank you for your experience and friendly support and advice.

Myself and Fiancé were both happy and pleased with Premier Solicitors. We would like to send our gratitude to Millie Connolly, who has been efficient with the whole process of buying our first house. Millie, has been very helpful and very quick with responding and answering questions that we had. We once again thank you all for your time, and have enjoyed this process.

UPDATE 17/08/2026 - you will see that Premier solicitors replied to this review, they replied with another LIE, as they have still not contacted me, it has now been over 8 weeks since I sent them an official complaint.

AVOID! The list of issues i had with Premier solicitors is a long one. I used them for a transfer of equity. Documents were not being read correctly, incorrect forms being sent causing months worth of delays. Forms for my case were being sent with other peoples details on them (GDPR breach), They attempted to over charge me TWICE, communication is awful, sometimes not hearing back for weeks, not once did i get a call back when i requested one. I was told by my solicitor that i could not complete on the transfer despite the lender and help to buy agreeing they were ready to go. My solicitor REFUSED to send the required paperwork to complete. She did it reluctantly on the very last day possible, thats 15 days after the offer had expired, thankfully there was a 15 day grace period. The whole process was 7 months of stress thanks to these guys. A cherry on top is that my official complaint has been ignored. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Last week we finally completed on our first home, and it is all thanks for Jayleigh, our solicitor. I cannot express how grateful we are to have such a fantastic solicitor like Jayleigh.
From start to finish, she was professional and incredibly supportive, especially when the sellers solicitors started ghosting everyone.

We did experience significant delays due to the sellers solicitors, which Jayleigh was fighting tooth and nail every day to get in contact with through every avenue. Jayleighs proactiveness and persistence made us feel she was always fighting our corner and doing everything in her power to get things moving faster and forward.

Buying a first home can be overwhelming, but Jayleigh's communication, patience and dedication made a huge difference. Thanks to her persistence, we finally completed and got the keys to our home. We are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend Jayleigh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive and caring solicitor.

Jayleigh thank you again from A, C and soon to be E.

We cannot recommend Premier Solicitors highly enough for helping us buy our home. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and thoughtful, turning what we expected to be a very stressful process into something smooth and manageable.

What stood out most was how caring and attentive Nithmi was. She always took the time to explain every step clearly, answered every question no matter how small, and kept us updated regularly so we never felt unsure or out of the loop. The speed of her service was exceptional too — she worked efficiently, moved things forward quickly, and kept the whole process perfectly on track.

If you are looking for professionals with exceptional knowledge who get things done without delay, Premier Solicitors is the perfect choice. A special thank you to Nithmi for all your help!

Special Thanks to Harpreet and Neelam!
